Sorry im new to this.

thank you for your time and input, I only take BP meds which really didn't help me much when i was over 200.. now my BP is usually around 110/79, i feel fine, nothing feels off based on some information i found on AI regarding the matter..
As I mentioned earlier, high blood pressure is the worst for kidneys. Keep us dated please, I'm also dealing with kidney issues. Egfr of 55 cystatin c egfr of 65, creatinine of 128, those are my numbers. I don't think the creatinine is as big of an issue as intense exercise, high protein and muscle will increase that number. Cystatin c test is the one you need.

Hey guys! I've been on gear for about 8 months now..

-as of feb 2026

212lbs. 5'7. 43M. +25% bf..(i think)

started with just test c for 300mg a week and 20mg of anavar/day then increased to 400mg and 50mg anavar/day after the first month and stayed on this cycle for 2months

-as of 1st week of May, i was 185lbs. did a calorie deficit and went on a cruise of just test for 200mg between may and june.

-did some research and started to plateau so i decided to do a Reta and Tesa stack.
1mg of reta first month, 2 mg of reta after 4 weeks, jumped to 4mg of Reta and lost 10lbs.

-did a cycle of 400 test 400mast p and 50mg of anavar. finished my cycle by the end of August

currently at 174lbs with 15%bf as per chatGPT :)

this is my first blood work taken;(i currently on a cruise of 200test c and 100deca and 70primo as an AI(not sure if i need it) any feedback is welcome!!! thank you!!

I don’t mean to worry you or anything, but your egfr is pretty scary, especially at only 43 years old.. where was your egfr when you last got bloods?? Creatinine egfr can be an inaccurate marker, but it is usually in the ballpark unless extremely dehydrated, if I were you I would stop all anabolics besides trt, and go see a doctor asap and do a urine anaylysis along with a cystatin C, and make sure u drink atleast half a gallon of water before this.

Also your HCT is borderline high and you need to do cardio and drink water, don’t be lazy and blood dump. Drink more water, get the lower end of recommended dietary iron, and do cardio. Get proper electrolyte balance, and no those shit little Costco packs 9/10 times are awful do not use those. Every single time I have dealt with someone who has had “ HCT issues” they’ve been resolved in a few panels by tracking water intake, and doing cardio. It’s not that hard, on my current cycle I’m drinking upwards of 2 gallons a day, HCT is 0.43 because I’m well hydrated.
injections have been EOD, BP is 110/79 most of the time, highest would be around 120/87ish..

This also is not too great. Your diastolic is pushing the top of where it should be, definitely work on that. High diastolic is genuinely easily to fix and it’s just lifestyle error. For one you should be doing 15-30 mins of dedicated zone 2-3 cardio a day, at minimum. One of the bare minimum things you can do while running anabolics, second of all you should watch your sodium to potassium ratio as id imagine it would be pretty bad around the time you got a reading of 120/87, third of all add in 5-10mg daily tadalafil, I found for me personally that tadalafil dropped my diastolic more than systolic.

You need to care about your health, if u are too lazy to care about ur health and put in the effort it takes to try and be healthy while using peds then don’t use them at all.

Sorry if I came off harsh, don’t mean to come , just direct. When people just starting taking PEDs with little knowledge it stresses me the fuck out 🤣, because almost all damage can be mitigated with a few days of research.

I am aware that you declared your inexperience and are here asking for help, that's cool but I'm gonna be blunt. I'm also only gonna come with a simple message and leave any help you get here to others. Ultimately no one is going to look out for you effort wise better than you can.
IMO this whole setup has the potential to be a life altering disaster. The negs are greater than the sum of their parts, the worst kind of synergy. Your kidney and CV health are both already compromised, continuing on the same path only has one logical conclusion.
Some may disagree and choose to call me an alarmist, I won't be defending my post. My advice is to ignore anyone who minimizes this and get to work straightening it out. Read the posts by @BIGNEWF and @BC Knucklehead carefully and FFS get drinking some water, a significant amount more than you have been. Everyday.
I just donated blood on earlier during the day and had a my bloods done on that same day, just later in the afternoon.. as for supps, i don't really take much except for magnesium.
I chose this post to reply to because this is definitely an error. That skews your bloodtest results. At a minimum your HB, HCT and RBC will all be affected, possibly/probably be higher than shown, other things too, either way it's been affected.
Although your BF% numbers posted are a guess at best another thing besides just neg "health" effects that makes me call it a mess is that if they were true that means you have lost 11 lbs of lean tissue. As always, check my math but with 2-4 times natty T levels plus var and mast even with a shit diet there is no way in hell that should be happening. And yes I saw the peptides.

I don't react like this too often, I post because I care, just so you know if you were a real life friend or family I'd be grabbing you by the shoulders and shaking the shit out of you if you didn't act on this.

thank you for the feedback and i truly appreciate it.. but i think this has been on of the best bloodwork i think i have had ever had for 10 years..
my diastolic has always been in at a higher range.. back in 2022 i had a reading of 152/105 and usually diastolic would be around 89-100.. so since i started PED's, i actually did research a bit on some stuff such as calorie intake/macros and it's because of my interest in PED's and not being lazy and irresponsible about it that i have come to learn about bloodwork & what is happening to my body. Since starting PEDs I have been able to feel good about myself again, have the workout 5x a week and drop from 212lbs to 174lbs and not just lose weight but build muscle too.. but i guess i am still lazy because i don't do cardio and drink enough water lol. but i do care about my health...
i guess i care more about my looks than my health lol :)

again thank you for the feedback.. i will go to the doctor tomorrow.drink more water.... and try to do cardio... "try"

cheers!

At 54 my Egfr was 78. Now I didn't stop creatine intake and trained legs the night before which I know increased my creatine levels and wrecked the test. Normally 89.

Others in their 40's are usually 80 and above. Yours is extremely low. I am going to scare you, I personally wouldn't run anything higher than real trt levels if I wanted to stay off of dialysis in the near future

I would for sure be going to a specialist. I would be personally freaking out. I would start taking astragulus and NAC while I was waiting for my appointment.

Sorry, I didn't see your reply. I am extremely short on time and have an opinion on your situation as you added more info. I will read it when I have more information but did see you mention low amounts of protein, blood work being off, and high BP, plus use of PED's and one oral that can be hard on the kidneys.
Regardless, I still stick to the thought process see your doctor, and get follow up bloods off everything - there are some supplements I would recommend but believe at this point this is time for doctor intervention.
I am unsure if the protein was found in a urinalysis dip which can be misleading. I had protein due to seamen/sperm still in my system and this shows up as protein. We retested the next few days and it was gone. Blood is disconcerting, high BP leads to kidney damage and it sounds like, if I read correct, you have this under control.
The bloods here read creatinine alone and eGFR alone not creatinine (eGFR) - I take it by reading the parameters the first is creatinine, and the second is your eGFR.

See a doctor, and if these came from a doctor, and the other readings are known to a doctor, I can't see how they would not monitor you and get you to an internal medicine specialist if you do not have a nephrologist. Sometimes an internal medicine specialist is the first doctor because they can look at other potential causes, before they include a nephrologist.

Again, short on time and don't have time to write all my thoughts out. Lots of good comments and wish you the best of luck, getting this sorted out.
For what it is worth - I believe you need doctor intervention but in the short term I would be taking Astragulus (a pretty hefty dosage), NAC three times a day, and spirulina which by itself it terrible. The product greens detox (genuine health) has a lot more in it but a lot of spirulina in it and would be a good addition. Just google the use of these with kidney issues and you will see why I state this.
If a doctor has you on any 'kidney' medications or other meds, please talk to your doctor first to avoid any contradictions.
