Hey guys! I've been on gear for about 8 months now..

-as of feb 2026

212lbs. 5'7. 43M. +25% bf..(i think)

started with just test c for 300mg a week and 20mg of anavar/day then increased to 400mg and 50mg anavar/day after the first month and stayed on this cycle for 2months

-as of 1st week of May, i was 185lbs. did a calorie deficit and went on a cruise of just test for 200mg between may and june.

-did some research and started to plateau so i decided to do a Reta and Tesa stack.
1mg of reta first month, 2 mg of reta after 4 weeks, jumped to 4mg of Reta and lost 10lbs.

-did a cycle of 400 test 400mast p and 50mg of anavar. finished my cycle by the end of August

currently at 174lbs with 15%bf as per chatGPT :)

this is my first blood work taken;(i currently on a cruise of 200test c and 100deca and 70primo as an AI(not sure if i need it) any feedback is welcome!!! thank you!!

Not knowledged enough to comment on labs. I’ll leave that to the experienced folks. But I wanted to asked; how was the anavar? What did you notice with 50mg ED?

Nothing too bad.

Test is high but that’s expected. Your E2 is good so looks like the primo is working.

RBC are high which can start causing high blood pressure, you can get this in check by
  • Spread out more injections
  • Fish oil, black seed oil
  • Medical intervention if bp does get high
  • Give blood
What are your goals ?

What’s your diet look like ?

Morning,

Just scanned this, but it appears you have been taking higher amounts for quite a while without a break. I find the time line you list above, being short on time, hard to follow. I just picked up on the 8 months and no real break down to a TRT dosage, or off completely. If you 'blast' and 'cruise' this really is not healthy and I would consider your goals before you continue on your journey.
Congrats on your progress all the same, I am extremely conservative so my opinion will differ from many. Without your health - you have nothing.
Did a doctor do these bloods? If so, I hope they set up for a follow up and dig a little deeper into your kidney function. High eGFR creatine is something I consider disconcerting as it is an indication your kidneys are not removing waste products efficiently but this could be an anomaly. There are products you can take to protect your kidneys, but the best way is to get off the products and add in something and retest - see what impact it has on your function. It isn't awful, but any kidney issues, I pay close attention to.
The questions I always have is if my blood result is going to come down or on the rise. The only way to know is to retest in a few weeks to a month. My doctor will retest if he sees any blood result creeping up past the norm.
Otherwise, your good cholesterol is low, your testosterone is high which is not surprising, and your Red blood cell count is mildly high. I am trying to write this while fighting with a hyper juvenile Bouvier so it is difficult - she wants me to feed her and it isn't time yet.
Of all the results, please read up on eGFR and see a doctor and get them to retest.
This is a Coles Notes breakdown done by scanning everything. Do you take any supplements/herbs/protective products for your body? I'm asking because if you are, it is just more info to consider with the blood results.
I will read again, when I have a moment - short on time right now.

All the best.

Donating blood can make red blood cell (RBC) management worse while on testosterone by triggering reactive thrombocytosis (a temporary spike in platelets) and depleting iron stores (ferritin), which paradoxically signals the body to make even more red blood cells.

try a gallon or more of water an hour before a blood test, up your water intake every day, I'm not sure of you injection frequency, maybe microdosing a small amount everyday and lower the overall test dose if you need to. Most up the time we are dehydrated when we get bloods done, it will show has high hematocrit, hemoglobin etc.

I second this. Only donate when absolutely necessary. Daily cardio plus increasing water intakes does wonders!

I have been dealing with low eGFR, yours is deep into stage 3 kidney disease. My was 55 and that's terrible (yours is 41), this is very serious. So far I have had a Cystatin C test done and it came back with an eGFR of 65 which is still terrible, I have had my urine checked for protein and blood leakage, it came back negative. I just had an ultrasound of my kidneys and bladder done, they didn't see any anomalies. Now I will be a Nephrologist (kidney specialist). Your hematocrit is 52 which is very high as well, high hematocrit drives up blood pressure, high blood pressure is the most common cause of kidney damage. Your kidneys don't repair themselves like the liver so please take this serious. You should run your blood work through AI and ask about your eGFR, you will be shocked. Your next step should be a Cystatin C test, this is the most accurate way to test kidney function when you are consuming high protein and working out.

Thanks for sharing sir. Most of these numbers are to be expected especially given the dosage and length of time you used the Anavar. From your post it looks like Anavar at 50mg for 6 out of 8 months but maybe Im wrong. Your numbers relative to kidney function are concerning. If you had these run through a doc I assume they are already looking at further testing. If done through private lab and they have not followed up to tell you to get your ass yo a doc. Get your ass to a doc! In the short term id suggest going down to a trt level dose of test and primo, you shouldnt than need an AI and definitely no more Anavar.

This is interesting and have never heard this before.

I did have an issue with low iron which could not be sorted. 🤔

I think dht like primo and anavar will raise red blood cells fast you should donate blood as soon as you can
I just donated blood on earlier during the day and had a my bloods done on that same day, just later in the afternoon.. as for supps, i don't really take much except for magnesium.

don't really think i was hydrated enough that day.. i usually get lazy with hydration on my days off from work and away from my usual routine.. my injection frequency is EOD...

Id get retested

Id get retested hydrated And talk to doc. Even not drinking enough shouldnt put you in those ranges. Not sure how donating before might effect🤷

thank you for the insight, i did have some bloodwork done last year and my creatinine as of may 10th 2025 was 132 and i guess i made another blood test on may 26 and it was 114. july2025 was 132 again and most recently 181 sept2026. my previous consults was mainly because of high blood pressure, and high RBC count(6.67) hematocrit(.58) hemo(188).. so everything was high.. i was prescribed bp meds but none really helped. only when i lost a lot of weight my blood pressure reading returned to normal usually 110/79..

Did a few tests before mainly ultrasound and found protein 1.0 and blood leakage value 5-10. left/right kidney normal size..not follow up after that so...although I did research about all this thru AI and comparing similar cases, however there are so many factor to consider & basically it all boils down to see a doctor asap. lol

i apologize if the post was a bit confusing.. anavar usage was mainly between feb-april.. and june-aug.. so i cruised for 6 weeks or a month :)
i am going to the doctor tomorrow.. :)

thank you for your time and input, I only take BP meds which really didn't help me much when i was over 200.. now my BP is usually around 110/79, i feel fine, nothing feels off based on some information i found on AI regarding the matter..

Nothing too bad.

Test is high but that’s expected. Your E2 is good so looks like the primo is working.

RBC are high which can start causing high blood pressure, you can get this in check by
  • Spread out more injections

  • Medical intervention if bp does get high
  • Give blood
What are your goals ?

What’s your diet look like ?
I was mainly worried about my e2 that why i decided to actually be responsible and do the bloodwork lol.. Goal is to be jacked, not like competition jacked but more like "He looks like he works out but he ain't natural" look... but if i had to be specific, hmm.. maybe 180-185lbs lean.. and be able to bench 315 for 3reps(is that realistic?)

injections have been EOD, BP is 110/79 most of the time, highest would be around 120/87ish..
Diet is mainly chicken/salmon/steak/eggs/yogurt/diet coke and monster zero cal drinks. trying to eat clean cause Reta doesn't like junk/dirty food

just did a cutting phase right now im trying to go bulk for six months and cut for summer..so the plan is 2600 calories slowly increasing it to 100cal a month then cut..
