Sore throat, canker sores

This has been going on for over a month (earache, sore throat and canker sores -- all on the right side).

I saw 3 specialists and all 3 made a different diagnostic.
The first one said it was a tonsillitis, he put me on antibiotics which didn't solve anything. GP told me I have arthritis of the temporomandibular joint and put me on Celebrex but the pain is still there.
I saw another otolaryngologist who said my ear and throat are fine but that pain is caused by acid reflux that damaged the nerves. She put me on a vit B complex telling me that it would take min 3 months to take effect.
I had a gastroscopy 10 days ago and it didn't show any reflux, all I have is a small hiatal hernia but there is no inflammation of the stomach lining.

I don't know what to think anymore....
 
Canker sores can be from lack of vitamin C, but im sure you have that covered.

Lack of sleep for me will always make me get really sore throat.

No I don't take a vit C supplement and my vegan diet might not be rich in vit C. Worth a try.

The sore throat is actually the right side only. I have had insomnia for years and never had that issue.

No nothing at all except DHEA. I put a lot of spices in my food (including shakes) but I doubt they cause that issue. These canker sores are at the back of my tongue and really painful.

The last time I ran GH I got nasty canker sores on my tongue, super painfull, no sore throat but as soon as I finished my gh run and came off, sores went away almost immediately, within days. maybe its the DHEA, how long have you been doing that stuff?

Now that I think about it, this misery started right after I started the DHEA :oops:
 
I saw another specialist this morning and he confirmed that I have a small cyst on the right tonsil, it appears that I have a chronic tonsillitis but doesn't want me to remove my tonsils. He wants me to have a CT scan of the neck just in case there is something else. I'm a bit nervous. What if it's something worse?
 
I had my tonsils removed when I was 40 against the doctor's wishes ,and super happy I did. I'm not sure on your case but for me it helped a life long issue
 
Plus I had my uvula "trimmed" so it was smaller.

Basically my throat would get many many infections I'd be sick a lot.
In the beginning the doctors did not want to remove. But the sore throat with last well into my later life.
I just delt with it.
Lol ONLY part that made me freak out is when I was laying on the table and they wanted to put me under.
Lmaooo, just before he put the mask over my face I confessed LOL that I was on steroids just in case something wasn't supposed to go into me hahaha and he laughed and said not to worry.
They had to put those little side wings on the table too cuz my arms kept falling off the table
