I liked Arthur the King....but im a sucker for dog movies.

I started it but only got 45 minutes or so into it. I suppose I will try to finish it. The last movie for me was Unbroken. I liked it. Wifey and I are binging through Ozark, which is the second time for me but her first.
Sad that you can’t trust reviews on movies anymore. It was once a “go-to” indicator before watching a movie. We’re going to do like we did in the 90s and Hail Mary it lol. Take A Quiet Place: Day One for example, what a load of shit. The movie has nothing to do with the franchise, nothing to with aliens/monsters, it doesn’t even have shit to do with how they came about. Won’t spoil it for anyone but how the fuck it got high ratings is beyond my fucking comprehension
I usually go with imdb. If it gets high ratings there it usually good. I don't really know much other sites like rotten tomatos or Stars or anything.
This is one of my favorites. I'm a pretty critical judge of movies so I don't say favorites lightly. Adam Sandler stars in this gritty real movie about gambling and basketball and bookies. I'm not a fan of his comedys although I understand he's funny and talented they just aren't my kind of comedy. This on the other hand blows everything he's ever done out of the park and then some.
