I can't remember if I included this in my review of pinnacle. But I had a similar situation. Had a bad reaction to propionate in T400 and was no fault if theirs. I expected no compensation as it was my bad for ordering multiples without knowing how Id react. They went above and beyond to make things work for me. Honestly my experience with Pinnacle was better than most ive had with businesses in other areas of the world. Feel blessed to have found CB to help look out for us all and find people like Pinnacle who seem to be a perfect fit for us bunch of Canadian jackasses

We definitely understand some people have intolerances or reactions to different carrier oils or compounds so we try our best to provide a solution, especially when clients are super nice to deal with.

Everything arrived within a few days of ordering. Pinnacle went above and beyond with their customer service, and answered any questions I had with utmost haste. I am extremely satisfied thus far and will update in 6 weeks with my bloodwork, but as Pinnacle tests everything with Janoshik and others have posted their bloodwork/testing here, I am confident everything will come back perfect
Syn reps also resell Pinnacle’s product, so that was a large contributing factor on why I went with them. I cannot wait to start

I had their T400 and Test C and they were g2g bro !! T400 had a little "kick" to it, C was like butter

Just got their C250 and very minimal PIP. It is the smoothest injectable I have used so far.
