Hey I've never ordered from you guys directly but thought this post above deserved a nod. The community would be well served if all suppliers had this attitude and such clear and excellent communication skills as you guys demonstrate here

Hey CB'ers.

I placed an order through Pinnacle, supper fast communication, and very responsive. Amazing. BUT WAIT...

I had an issue with something I ordered, it did not work well for me. (This is where I was very impressed) They went ABOVE and BEYOND to resolve the issue and were absolutely amazing to deal with.

Always great having a new place and when the service is top notch.. it doesn't get much better.

I can't remember if I included this in my review of pinnacle. But I had a similar situation. Had a bad reaction to propionate in T400 and was no fault if theirs. I expected no compensation as it was my bad for ordering multiples without knowing how Id react. They went above and beyond to make things work for me. Honestly my experience with Pinnacle was better than most ive had with businesses in other areas of the world. Feel blessed to have found CB to help look out for us all and find people like Pinnacle who seem to be a perfect fit for us bunch of Canadian jackasses

We definitely understand some people have intolerances or reactions to different carrier oils or compounds so we try our best to provide a solution, especially when clients are super nice to deal with.
