I recently went with Onmen and it's been pretty good so far. After I was sent the requisition and had my blood taken, there was about 2 weeks without contact. I was then given a virtual appointment for the following week. Based on my symptoms, they gave me a prescription for test cyp 80 mg and advised me to book my next bloodwork for about 10 weeks on, to ensure they can evaluate and provide another prescription before I run out. They have had decent customer service whenever I have inquired about anything, no complaints so far. I had the option of cream/gel/injectable but when I requested injectable, had no concerns. They followed up via email pretty quickly when I asked more questions after the fact.

Quick update on my journey with ONMEN.
My levels were unstable with the cream, and I was transitioned to injections in Nov.
After 12 weeks @ 80mg/week of cypionate my Total T is at 14nmol/l.
Unfortunately my prolactin and estradiol both elevated as well (20ug/l & 135pmol/l) and am now being prescribed an AI because I feel like absolute shit.

14nmol is on the low end of normal but you have elevated estradiol are you injecting 80mg once per week or splitting the dose?

On the cream I went from 8.2 to 31 nmol/L with E at 139 and I felt ok.

Personally, I'd probably increase injection frequency, like Ed or eod and see if that helps before I went for an ai.
Just started using my own. I would suggest going that route as OnMen uses fedex for shipments. FedEx has now started charging a 25.00 fee to ship your meds on top of the price you pay. I just got 3 vials from my own pharmacy and it was cheaper than OnMen was charging by about 50 bucks

Yes. My doc was good about it and pulled bloods any time I asked for anything I asked. Sadly, she died a while back and I haven’t had a doctor since.
I’m on my first vial of test from them and it is hilarious. I went from having to hide my usage to having a prescription that my insurance carrier pays for. What a sweet deal!
How long from getting bloods to vial in hand? I got work trips coming up and coordinating bloods is kind of a bitch right now.
Did you have to fight for injections over cream?
The nurse practitioner I spoke with said she prefers injections and I said hey me too! It worked out well. I’m only on 90mg for the first 3 months so we’ll see how that works. I’ve been off gear and out of the gym since last summer due to family circumstances so I’m just easing back in as energy permits.
