Again zero excuses for this in 2026 the science is know. The protocols are known and medically substantiated and validated.
Theres a big issue i find though these days with statin toxicity and high cholesterol levels and their correlation with longevity. Basicly pick a camp and ride it out but im on the statin and blood pressure medication side.

Most of the issues are grifters manipulating data!

Statin toxicity to the brain aka the brain fog is a non- issue just lower dose to where it goes away or use bempedoic acid instead. Or use a statin thats hydrophilic to avoid BBB. Ontop of that the muscle aches and damage is mostly placebo in all the literature and we can do genetic testing to see who actually suffers from it. I am one of such people and have it so repatha is free. Anyone who is statin resistant can get repatha covered by gov or insurance aka they are lying if they claim intolerance and dont use repatha.

Cholesterol levels are low in sick populations. People confuse the correlation with cause. Low cholesterol is good if its diet, exercise, and drug induced the bodies cells can manufacture all they need to be self sufficient in the case of a statin being used. Low cholesterol is bad if its caused by cancer or illness.

Basically one camp i.e. pro statin is correct the other is unfortunately and pardon my language retarded
