I got my blood tested yesterday and my already low hdl which was 50 dropped to 35 I did add in primo since the last test 2 months ago which would explain why but I’m wondering what/if there’s anything I can do to increase my hdl cholesterol while running primo. For background I’m on 250 test c 250 primo both split into 2 pins per week 4 ius hgh daily a fuck ton of supplements I recently upped my dose of omega 3 to 9 pills a day for a total of 2700 epa/dha daily after the last test 2 months ago I was also taking 1000 mg of red yeast rice daily and 1000mg of citrus bergamot extract daily just decided to cut citrus bergamot and double the red yeast rice dose as I think cost per effect is a way higher roi on ryr I also am around 10% bf super active with sports and training do lots of cardio eat extremely clean drink lots of water, it really just seems like there is nothing left to do to raise hdl, my ldl isn’t even that high all things considered but still higher than id like but i really want to keep running primo and infact im planning on doing like a 5-6 month cycle of 500 test 500 primo and 8 iu hgh in the winter time so it’s even more concerning that my hdl in kinda in the shitter at 250IMG_4409.jpegIMG_4410.jpeg

Did you get this done privately or through a doctor? If a doctor and he/she brought up your HDL only, get another doctor.
No question, your HDL is off but so are a lot of other markets for someone taking a somewhat moderate cycle. I get the high free test if you are actually taking Primo (DHT drug), and your total test number is very subjective. Some people are over the normal parameters on 100 mg a week, but any are in the normal range on 250 mg a week. Primo will not show up as total test / just increase your free test / potentially decrease your estrogen somewhat.
4 IU of HGH and your IGF is in normal parameters? I assume this must be a generic and not a script but please confirm. Not looking to shit on any UGL HGH so no need to name the provider but it should be considerably higher or at least the people I know 4 IU on an ongoing basis (months will increase your IGF pretty high if legit script). How long have you been taking 500 mg combined and 4 IU of HGH?

What are the fuck ton of supplements you are taking? Brand/supplement/dosage? Maybe some would be OK with this blood work, but I would not be. I also see continued on the next page, what does the next page say?
I would be watching my kidney function as they don't bounce back albeit your GFR estimated looks good. I was always told above 90/not 60 is normal. My comments are based on your Bun/creatinine ratio. Lots of reasons for this outside kidney stress, but I would be getting bloods done again in a few weeks to a month to check which direction it was headed. Any doctor would if this was done through, and they care about your health.

Happy to make suggestions, but would like to know what the fuck ton of supplements you take are first as you may already be taking them.

Your AST levels are also elevated meaning your liver is most likely stressed. You could alleviate this with something like TUDCA, NAC or L-Glutathione, etc. But if you are taking something like an oral steroid or a certain supplement might be best to just remove it.

Are you doing any cardio to help raise your HDL? Fiber is a good addition too.

Hi thanks for the reply, I got this done privately every time. And yeah my free test went up about 10 points since adding prime and free test up about 200 ng/dl but I think that was more dose timing I pinned everything the night before as where before it was like 3 days before my e2 is also down about 20 points which is nice. And yeah my igf1 levels kinda annoyed me. For how much money I’ve spent on hgh atp doing 4 ius per day for 8 months roughly it should be higher but I also do understand the quality is not the best did opt to buy cheap stuff and it’s about 97 ish % pure if i remember correctly but I don’t know where to get real hgh from or how I’m also sure it’s going to be way too expensive as I’m looking to spend around 1$ per iu less if possible ik that’s not really a good thing but it’s all I can afford now I can’t be spending like $30 a day on hgh or more, I’ve been on 250 test for 6 months roughly maybe a bit more and primo for exactly 8.5 weeks. The supplements now I take mostly all the vitamins apart from the b complex as I eat lots of meat anyways but the more notable ones I’d say is 20mg of accutane per day, 2.5mg oral minoxidil per day, I take bromantine berberine I also just stopped taking .5mg dutasteride today funny enough but other than those I take normal stuff for the liver support, brain health some antioxidants just stuff like that. And I understand i definitely should be getting bloods more often but I don’t know how often I’m able to I just spent $400 CAD getting this done the other day down in the states I would prefer to only get it done every few months max.

Hi yeah I think my ast was elevated because the day before I did an extremely intense cardio session (mma specifically) which I think can put lots of stress on it, it was never like that before so I think that’s why, also I am currently taking both tudca and nac. I am doing lots of cardio throughout the week but fiber I have especially 0 in my diet I don’t eat veggies for other specific reasons but fruits also I don’t eat that much of, would that husk supplement stuff be a good edition?

One thing I think people neglect for improving overall cholesterol is cardio.

120-180 minutes of zone-2 cardio per week is not only good for raising HDL but lowering LDL too. The key with it is consistency.

For anyone running any kind of gear, cardio is mandatory for longevity, in my opinion.
