I made these and boiled them in beef broth like ramen noodles. A bit eggy but good overall.

man i couldn’t get them to have any texture besides a long, slimey snot hanging out your nose. how did you prepare them?Kinda related, I've used Shirataki noodles before and they're not terrible if you're in a deficit, at maintenance or in a surplus I wouldn't eat them but they're just fiber, basically zero calories and you feel full from eating them, have them with some chicken or something and it's not too bad full for like 250 calories.
I just rinse them and warm them up, they're not great but I usually I add them with a small portion of regular pasta to improve the overall texture and add sauce and meat.
