Is reta dosing like test?

I see reta in a few flavours. 10mg, 12mg and 20mg.

Is this per ml like test or is it 12mg per vial?

I ask because I see people using very low dosages (like 1.5mg a week) and it seems to me buying in bulk doesn't make sense.

I probably already steelmanned my own question, but I'll leave this anyway lol

Reta is mg per vial. AAS is mg per ml.
Pretty much talked myself into that by the end of my initial post. Thanks for filling me in!

Time to try something new. I gained some weight in my mid section when I was 27. It was a quick and noticeable gain and I've never been able to lose it. No matter the cardio, marathon running, whatever. I lift, eat well and do 30m of cardio a day. On top of that I do HIIT training twice a week with work and STILL that fat will not go away.

Fingers crossed this is different...

Reta is great but you still need a calorie deficit.
how dare you bring your wild revolutionary theories here! Just kidding of course and not meant to poke fun at @torauntjemima 's quest, I'm just replying to reinforce the point.

It's getting far too easy for us to dive deep into the chemicals and ignore the simplest of the basics. I'm not suggesting that people shun things that help the process along but regardless of everything else you can not lose actual tissue weight without an energy deficit.
Or something sharp I guess :)

So what the 2 grams I’m running isn’t going to turn me into the hulk ?

Once I start lifting watch out.

It’s a slow process but 1 mg 5 days a week before bed then skip two days.

I’ll try and find the video I watched on it.
So this stuff is a daily dose and reta is weekly? I have done minor research on each, and I will do my due diligence like always. I usually research for months before moving forward on stuff... Just reading about reta and it seems like a miracle drug....

I assume reta can burn visceral AND.subq fat..

Visceral much harder to lose. But definitely lose weight on Reta.

Be careful for sure, there is semi recent thread here that is not 100% positive, I for one reacted poorly, it seriously fucked my stomach up. I wasn't even using it for the weight loss aspect just for the other touted benefits and frankly because someone else returned a favour and paid for it. I knew the odds, which are small, I just lost when I played them. Im jelly of those that it works well for.

Reta is overwhelmingly positive for most users. Dosing does not need to be nearly what clinical trials suggested unless you are morbidly obese. If Reta doesn’t work it is usually suggested to try tirzepitide.

Hang on - reta is a great product- works fast - enjoy the ride ! I've been using it for 6.5 weeks now - amazing results. I suggest you start with the 10mg vials - not 20. I started with 1.75mg for the first two weeks - then went up to 2.25 - then up to 3. I don't dose once a week - I divide my weekly dose into 5 - so I give myself 1/5th the weeks dose for two days - skip a day - then dose again for another two days - skip a day - etc. It has 95% killed my cravings for sweets, potato chips - pizza etc - and I get full fast - I still do get hungry - but never famished. On reta I am taking in 1200 calories / day - I'm a big guy - and I am absolutely fine with that amount of food.

If you start with the 20mg vial and small amounts your going to have that vial in the fridge for 2 months or more - which is not a good. If you've been on reta for 4 or 5 months and are using 5mg per week - then maybe the 20mg is fine.

A suggestion - drink lots of water or electrolytes - the one side effect I had - I did get some heart arrhythmia - or palpitations -only at night - but that disappeared the same day as soon as I started on an electrolyte. This is a minor known side that affects a small amount of the people on it.

I have looked at the suggested eli lilly dosing - and it hits me as a very high dose- 12mg/week - wow -I agree and can't see anyone taking that unless they get sensitized to reta quick - and with that dose my god there will prob be bad sides.

@gondar1 has good advice- start with a low dose to get used to it- work your way up - enjoy the ride. Lots more benefits to it other than weight loss - I think it will be a lifetime thing for me.
