I’m still around and kicking

Not a whole lot to report this week. I got pretty sick with a gnarly cold recently. I missed one workout cause of it.

I’m going up to my country house in the ChicChocs mountains for some backcountry snowmobiling this week and a vacation but when I get back I’ll be stating my blast.

For the moment still running my cruise dose at 375mg/week in one shot on mondays. Weight is still at 220 right now.

Weight 215 am fasted

Cycle test 1125, deca 450, primo 300

Calories are around 3600, getting leaner slow diet/recomp

I just pulled the trigger and hired Morgan MacDonald as a coach. Couple of guys at my gym work with him and they have literally mutated over the last year. So far he’s been pretty cool to talk with and seems to have some great knowledge

Small update, we’ve been doing a cut. Focusing on getting leaner. Tomorrow morning will be my 3rd update with Big Moe. Gotta say this is the best communication I’ve had with any coach. He takes his coaching business very seriously.

My training style has changed a lot with him. He’s definitely a volume guy, more traditional bro split type training. After years of DC this has been a good change. You know just doing something different always brings on new gains.

My doses have dropped to 750test, 300deca, 300primo. A few more weeks of this and im going into a cruise.

Hey I’m just curious on your experience with tbol is I’ve only ever run anavar and was considering throwing in tbol my last 4 weeks of cycle just curious of how it compares to anavar at around the same dosages
