Now that im getting old, my views have changed alot. I now think that if your not gunning to be something in the bodybuilding world then high doses are never necessary. Ive run some pretty stupid blasts in the past and it really didnt get me any further then lower ones
How much is too much? I'm new to all this and relatively naive still. I see people running a lot of different compounds at pretty high doses.
At what point do you know what is doing what and if that dosage is necessary?
And boy I made alot of mistakes when I started and I'm not too proud to admit it
