I’m about to finish a 20-week cycle of 750 EQ / 750 T. I’ll be in a maintenance phase, and I’m planning (or not, depending on your advice) to add GH at 2 IU daily and work my way up to 4 IU
As a former obese person, I use Reta to stay lean; even here in PDM, I was taking 2 mg per week. To be honest, no matter what GLP I use, I can always eat without forcing it, even with a dose of 12.5 mg lol
I wanted to add GH to stay lean, but I also wanted your feedback on lean mass gain because I’d like to do cycles with lower dosages and use the benefits of GH to compensate.
As for my diet, I’m a robot—I eat the same macros every day at the same times without exception lol (only whole foods).
For training, I’m on a Push / Lower / Pull / Rest / Upper / Lower / Rest schedule. I log every weight and rep count, etc., to ensure consistent progressive overload.
So I’d like to hear your honest opinion on the Gh—do you think it’s worth the cost or not?
