HGH or not ?

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well!

I’m about to finish a 20-week cycle of 750 EQ / 750 T. I’ll be in a maintenance phase, and I’m planning (or not, depending on your advice) to add GH at 2 IU daily and work my way up to 4 IU

As a former obese person, I use Reta to stay lean; even here in PDM, I was taking 2 mg per week. To be honest, no matter what GLP I use, I can always eat without forcing it, even with a dose of 12.5 mg lol

I wanted to add GH to stay lean, but I also wanted your feedback on lean mass gain because I’d like to do cycles with lower dosages and use the benefits of GH to compensate.

As for my diet, I’m a robot—I eat the same macros every day at the same times without exception lol (only whole foods).

For training, I’m on a Push / Lower / Pull / Rest / Upper / Lower / Rest schedule. I log every weight and rep count, etc., to ensure consistent progressive overload.

So I’d like to hear your honest opinion on the Gh—do you think it’s worth the cost or not?

Depends on your budget. If you have the cash to burn on GH, and everything else is in check; you will benefit from it. Not only does it help with fat burning, but also helps out with recovery. You have the right idea being that you can run lower doses of AAS with the addition of GH. But is it cost effective compared to just increasing Test dose or something, no it’s not.
Just my two cents.

Okay, I get it. To be honest, I’m going to have a few pay raises, but I don’t want to spend that money on drugs, especially given the current cost of living lol

In that case, I’ll just lower my doses and add a moderate amount of 19-nor. We’ll see later about adding GH. 🙌

Not meaning to be a jerk in any way.
You should be able to maintain a lean physique with just diet and exercise now that you have things on track. I get it may seem a bit scary to think of that if you needed the glps to get you into shape to begin with. But if you have your diet and exercise plan going good, you should be able to continue without help. Then when you need a little push, you can add in the gh. Or if you just feel you really need the extra help go with it at low dose to start.
Personally id try without the glps and gh for a few months. Then when your ready for a new push give it a try for 3 months or so.

I'm open to any criticism; I know it's not meant maliciously on this forum

I’m in great shape right now—my abs are clearly defined, and I have visible veins all over my body and legs.

I’ve also thought about cutting out GLP in favor of GH. I have no problem sticking to a diet, but when I’ve tried to cut back on carbs in the past, it caused me to have binge-eating episodes. To be honest, I think GLP help me avoid that.

I luv a low dose and GH Test and Reta total game changer low and slow is the key if ur diet is a good as you say it is and u train hard it’s an amazing stack …I only tried GH cause I always said I Wii wait till I turn 45 and try it well I wish I tried earlier
I appreciate your feedback; that's exactly what I'd like to do.

At what IU level did you observe significant changes, and after how long?

This is were Im at. Debating with myself over starting low dose GH. Just need to bite the bullet. For some reason more nervous about starting GH.

In my opinion, GH is a powerhouse that anyone who wants to maximize their physique should be using. I would plan to push dosing higher than 4iu if you want to get the most out of it. I'd say the sweet spot for most when it comes to "bodybuilding benefits" is in the 8-12iu range.

I'm going to try up to 4 units at GG, and if I need to go higher, I'll look at Chinese sources. 8-12 units a day starts to add up to a significant expense on top of AAS, supplements, etc., lol.

A lot of obese people are kind of wired differently, more like an addict's brain. If staying on a maintenance dose of glp keeps them healthy, then i see no reason to go off. Reddit is full of stories from people going off, getting rebound appetite, and gaining back huge amounts of weight.

I absolutely agree with you that healthy habits are what you really need, but if some people need a crutch to maintain those habits, it's still preferable to being obese.

Personally, I lost my excess fat without GLP, but I then tried using GLP to stop thinking about food once I was lean, and honestly, it brings a huge improvement in quality of life.
