I believe you will want he MK-7 form specifically IMO but you'll need to do your own research, nothing is simple s per usual, but the clinical dose of MK-4 would put you in the poor house (45mg/day). Mind you most of the studies I recall were geared towards bone strength, eventually I settled on the MK-7 version fwiw. 200mcg/day.I take 5,000 units of vitamin D. I don't take vitamin K, I'll look into it thank you.
Hmmm... The issue I cam see with tonic water is that it lowers stomach acidity to my knowledge. I have a condition of almost no stomach acid as is. I have to take 2,500mg of betaine HCL with every meal to digest the food. I'll look into this as well, but dirining 2 cans of tonic water a day would add up in cost over a few years to be much more than the pills no?
I would love to get schooled on this if anyone has the scoop. Lots of important intricacies on this subject, frankly I'm still unclear but there are only so many hours in a day.
