Potassium is quite safe for many. Some with kidney issues or certain auto immune issues have scary issues with the kidneys not able to excrete and then becomes an issue for the heart. One can take a lot more than RDA and still be very safe and no issues.this is the potassium I take.. I only started taking it after I got on a hard keto diet for a few years.. same reason I upped my salt.
I only take the potassium 1/4 teaspoon on training days (3 days a week).
I take about 1/2 - 3/4-1 tsp per day over the day. I put in a 2 liter glass bottle and drink with juice from 1 lemon added over the day along with salt and Magnesium flavored powder. But i don't ingest all at once..
Magnesium and potassium are very critical for health, vitamin D absorption, muscles and hydration to name a few. I said more than enough, i will come off as a Potassium magnesium shill here soon...lol
