Heart Rate

Somewhat new to adding GH to my regimen. It's been a game changer for recovery and well being. But fuck. I often wake up with a resting heart rate on the 90 to 100 range. I've been trying to play with electrolytes. And hydration. But haven't had much luck. When this happens. I take my blood pressure. It's normal. Like 120/80 give or take 5 points. For reference I have titrated up to 4 iu a day before bed. Also running 500 test and 2 mg reta. Originally I suspected it was the reta. But I cut the gh for a few days and heart rate settled. Anyone have any advice? My usual resting rate is in the 65 to 75 range depending.

Multitude of factors but you can counter the gh induced water retention by blocking aldosterone and renin with an ARB. That will help a bit, you can also add in a beta blocker common practice with gh and reta combo. Lower test and add a dht and keep carbs and sodium on the lower end, potatoes over white rice for potassium.

Do all these and you'll probably drop 10 points off the RHR.

I'm at 6iu and 2 mg reta and went from RHR of 50 to 75 basically in 2 weeks time. Added in above regime and back down to about 65 happy there

Actually this is a great question and you would absolutely want to monitor it. May want to skip the ARB and just try a microdose beta blocker. Ultimately a increase in RHR is part of Reta, GH and higher test dose, it's a really good sign your BP is in range.

Actually my cardiologist said it best. The lower your blood pressure the better it is for cardiac longevity so long as your map is above 60, and you're not getting dizzy.

What's your body weight and body fat out of curiosity?

I'm sitting at 235 lbs probably 20 percent body fat at the moment. Yeah. I likely have to go the calcium channel blocker route. As I have asthma and I hear most beta blockers can fuck asthmatics up. I actually had an echo and a 48 hour holster recently and everything was normal. So cardiologist didn't seem worried about the heart rate really. I just hate the feeling.
