China and North Korea are worlds apart when it comes to many things; foremost is money and green policy. Korea is a crappy little country with crappy, dirty nukes. China is a world power and an economic powerhouse that is slowly going green and nuclear. Nuclear with our help.

The EU and Russia are always talking.

You guys can go back to Greta now.
China is going greener. Health issues is partly pushing this drive. As well as when a place become more industrialized it cleans up its act a bit so to speak.
But they are also building hundreds of coal fire plants. Mind you the new ones burn 99.9% clean.
Same with India. They are starting to clean up their act as well.
It depends on what you call pollution. I do not think Co2 is a pollutant. Nor am I scared about the whole climate change.
See in the last 120 years since we have industrialized our life expectancy has doubled, poverty world wide has drastically reduced, massive increases in plant harvests since the increase of carbon, and so on.
Now Greta an the other hand believes we should leave all the carbon in the ground and live without it. She has the luxury of life because of fossil fuels. It’s as bad as Leonardo Decrapio floating around on his 3 gallons per mile boat saying the rest of us should do without, lol.
Russia isn’t on board with the whole Co2 climate change thing either. Their climate models are likely the most accurate because there is no money involved.
I truly believe its a great thing that the next generation is trying to continue cleaning things up, its the agenda drivers like Greta that is not helping.
Good luck going completely fossil fuel free right now. We do not have the infrastructure to go completely green. But with time it will happen and needs to happen because the oil will not last forever.
