hahaha ya,, sorry been busy working. Ill get on it tomorrow. That and been seeing how the sauce was holding. Had few people try at work they all said its a good heat.. Not overpowering.

Never tried ghost peppers yet. Probably the hottest I've had have been scotch bonnet peppers. Got a hot sauce from 'Frisco once called "The Hottest Fuckin' Sauce". It was pretty hot, but I can't remember what type of peppers were in it.

Well Ghost peppers are nothing to get excited about. Sure if you eat the pepper itself, you will most likely regret it.. But as a ghost sauce, they arent even enjoyable... I thinned mine out pretty heavy to really give a bigger yield. So its not over powering. But a tiny bit added into some rice with beef is really nice.

My second batch of peppers are almost ready. I think I will make that one a bit hotter lol and just see.

Got a really good yeild this batch. Going to use Brown sugar & Sea Salts this time.

In all honesty, ketchup is spicy to me... I will never put anything hotter than ketchup on my food. I have some egg whites the other day and tried some ketchup on them... lol.. I'm not lying it was too tangy.
