Hey guys. So I made a hot sauce just now.

This one is a mix of Ghost pepper, orange habanero & trinidad scorpion. With Ghost pepper being the dominant one. With Mango,Peach,Cherry. I reduced it down and added in some orange juice to bring the heat down a bit. Its still pretty fiery, but it builds on ya.

I assume I got about 1.5 litre here. So should be able to get 10 bottles.

I am going to give away one to a member on the board once its bottled.

Just put----Im In.... im comments and once its bottled I will do a random draw. I will do another draw down the road once the second batch of peppers is ready.

Also if anyone wants some Ghost pepper seeds for there garden for next season. I can probably pull some out on next batch.

I'm in for sure..... I use reaper pepper sauce and scorpion pepper powder for my hot dishes..... my co-worker made something similar with hab and scotch bonnet.... smokes some of the peppers too.... awesome sauce
 
Ok Sorbate, as long as the seeds are good when I open it up will send your way. I could probably send you a fresh pod depending where you are and how quick can get it to ya. It wont last for to long once picked. But film a video of you eating it hahahahaha.

And Boomer and Cape are you guys in for the draw ? I am writing names on piece of paper.
 
I would love to be able to give everyone a bottle. But there is limited supply this year.. Next year tho Im going to clear out a bigger space in the garden for the peppers. Probably do some Carolina reapers.

I used to be able to buy the, fresh off the counter in Edmonton, for the life of me I can’t remember the store, but I’d eat them as snacks on the way home without anything to drink. Fuck I could eat fire then, lol. My colon is fucked now, so I’d likely blow it out, but man my mouth would be fine.
I’ll have to drink aloe Vera gel and take some gh to heal it after, bwahaa.
 
Just added a tiny bit to some ground turkey & rice. But very little, its actually pretty good :) Not spicy to the point where you cant enjoy your food. But you can feel a mild heat.

Unlike some ghost pepper sauces, you put it in your food and its so damn spicy it ruins your meal.

Well if you put it like that, If I can actually eat it, then IM IN . I just dont want it to sit in the fridge and waste it. I like hot. but not the novelty ones that you cant even add a drop to something without ruining it.

I also really like to see stuff like this, makes the board a tight knit community and really makes me feel at home. Maybe @Taureau could do something similar with his honey! haha
