Getting sick while dieting

Woke up with a pretty nasty head cold, my body feels fine through just a super sore throat and a nose that will plug faster than yo can blow it out, what would you guys recommend should I stay in a deficit and continue to train as I would regularly or would it be more wise to eat more and let my immune system recover?
 
Stay in deficit. Drop training for 2-3 days. Avoid heavy solid meals/digestion. Fast a few hours in those 2-3 days. The key to cleaning and recovery of health comes heavily from fasting especially when sick. Fast. Hydration with electrolytes. 2-3 nice large clean healthy hot chicken/beef broth soups. Good sleep. You will be solid and a horse by day 3. Always works for me. In n out!
 
Bro, you don’t necessarily need to drop your calorie deficit, but pushing it too hard right now isn’t a good idea either. Just pay attention to how you feel, don’t make the deficit extreme, and let your body recover properly.
