Look extremely lean and muscular. Do you mind me asking about your diet? I am not asking you to list meal by meal, but a general idea. I can't recall your weight/height - which is irrelevant to some degree as you good great. 220 at 20% vs. 190 at 10% - the guy who is 190 lbs may not look as big with a suit on, but put a T-shirt and shorts on and you do - or look better anyway.
Curious how many calories you eat a day and general macro break down, how many meals a day, and how many times a week you train? Do you change your calories and macros bases on training days vs. rest days?
If you don't want to disclose this info - no worries. Whatever you are doing is working!

Liver is healthy and optimal even with all the orals and active social life that includes alcohol but it’s not an all clear to continue that type of “abuse”

I was at
125mg cyp

But now I have pushed it to

Test cyp 250mg
Proviron 50mg
Tbol 20mg ( pre workout )
No ai

I would like to grow into 210-215 with more food and less drugs

So ideally get that size without abusing anabolic and improving appetite and calorie carb intake

HGH will be added at 4-6iu

Shape def is less crisp since dropping compounds and lowering dosages

I am lucky to have mast e and primo on hand but not sure if I will use it


Training split
More focus on back and delts
Hitting them twice a week

Also added more support supplements
Like kidney HD and berberine ( spelling )

Welcome @FitTrader - considering your cycles, your blood was really good but you took time off to TRT. Many don't and don't give their body a chance to heal/recover. One comment I will make that is fact. You (don't mean you in particulat - you as in anyone) can do well with harsh cycles now - afterwards your liver/kidneys/lipids are all OK, but give it may be a few years and the symptoms pop up. Just like being an alcoholic - you may never have cirrhosis while you drink, but may get it in 10 years. These are not opinion based, they are medical based. You may be fine forever and the best you can do if you put the pedal down is be responsible like FitTrader and keep an eye on your bloods, urinalysis, and BP, etc. but it is no guarantee the damage hasn't been done but hasn't shown yet. Many people get ultrasounds after a few harsh cycles and their organs all look fine, cut down to TRT as they don't compete anymore and get another ultrasound in two years and their liver is enlarged with fatty infiltration, get they heart checked out with an ECHO and you find out you have an enlarged heart or right valve hypertrophy. Not trying to scare anyone. If you step on the gas and abuse PED's it is essential to do what FitTrader does and pay for medical tests and monitor your BP. Most know this but young people may not have the cash or consider this, if you don't, don't do PED's. Further, don't forget you may be infertile for ever no matter what you take after. I can list tons of guys whose better half was perfectly fine and they tried for years being completely off and no kids, but they used steroids for years. Coincidence, maybe but don't think so.

I dropped it after week 4
I needed it for some insulin regulation and fat loss but i lost 4-6lb and i don’t think it aligned with my goals I was just being stubborn

Started an energy stack to remove stimulants pre workout coffee etc

My goal is getting ready for summer vacation and to re get in the grove of eating good training and keeping a lean hard physique but with a more strict diet
I got away with the drugs doing the work for me and I left a lot on the table


The vacation is 19 weeks from

Dhb 150mg
No orals ( this was always stable in my other cycles)

Peptide above remain the same

With no direct correlation
Can be on high gear have 0 can b on trt and have a ton… can have clean diet and no break out and perfect diet and angry ones..
I used accutane when I was 19 and it worked well but now will be doing a low dose to really remove any skin issues
The stress accutane causes with the goal of longevity doesn’t allow orals in the picture

Hey @FitTrader - Congrats on the new business, takes fortitude to have the confidence in yourself/take the plunge and make it work. Hard from a training perspective if you work by appointments due to your clients until you get a routine down.

I just started my first peptide stack in eons just over a week ago - more injury prevention vs. healing. I want to do more bag work for cardio and it is hard on the shoulders. I used to live on BPC157 and TB500 thrown in for a few months of the year / copper peptide 2 mg a day for 3-6 months. I have noticed a difference in recovery after weights and then a 15 minutes HB session in their MMA section. Not sure if Anaconda Fightwear would have anything that would help you, but their gear is used by guys lifting weights too. I use the shoulder braces when I have a longer heavy-bag session, after weights.

Your bicep tendonitis - have you had an ultrasound or MRI? If I recall correct, this has been lingering for a long time for you. Just curious if this is self or doctor diagnosed due to an opinion of a radiologist. I had tendonitits and a partially torn tendon before - both required the same rehab - stretches / strengthening exercises, but there was no way I could tell the difference if it wasn't for the MRI's.
Do you mind explaining the Reta for a month due to insulin issues? How did you know you had insulin issues - how you felt/ or via testing your blood, and was there a side effect that made you drop it? I hope the peptides help your bicep heal. I know what lingering injuries are like and they are a psychological hurdle for training. You don't see many guys being honest and stating what you did - "I got away with the drugs doing the work for me and I left a lot on the table." Nice to read from a respected member.

In a previous post I believe you said you were running IGF1-LR3? Now switching to HGH.

I'm on a low dose (2iu daily) of HGH, mostly for tendon, skin/collagen support. I do have some IGF1-LR3 on hand that I might deploy later this year if I need a push. I'm just curious to hear about your experience with it.

btw I had some pretty bad elbow/tendon pain last year and started running healing blend (BPC-157 + TB-500), and i tell you that stuff really works! In addition to my elbow, my other aches and pains have greatly subsided.

Bicep tendonitis is new
Happened in November

The tricep is the tear from 2023
That took me fully out then the recovery part was when I used tb BPC for the first time
After taking 8 months off training

I did an ultra sound that time no mri and just let it recover
There is a change in the shape of the tricep but I am able to train without issues

I should of monitored my blood glucose
To see the Reta change on the 5.8 hb1ac

I ran gh at 8iu early last year
For 4 months I believe
It was amazing but I didn’t properly mange my blood glucose and I think that caused some issues

Igf1-lr3 I used in 2014
100mcg in the am
When I was contest prepping and it was amazing
Pumps fullness etc

I will not be using gh this time around

Igf1 HGH and insulin all together havw given me amazing results in the past

100mcg - 2iu - insulin I forgot dosage but was post workout on back and leg day

Goal for igf1 is pump and endurance
Replacing orals
If you look back ( super . Anadrol . Tbol .halo) was something I always used but I don’t think I need it anymore or should be fuckijg around with it lol same with tren

That 6 weeks routine building got me back in the flow

Phase 1 was getting diet in check get workouts in , recovery from tendonitis , and stop looking soft
Was using test cyp 375mg per week
With 12.5mg aromasin

So entering phase 2 of 3 for vacation
Phase 2 week 1-3
Phase 2.1 week 4-10
Phase 3 week 10-18

Carbs : 250-350 grams
Getting in 5-7 meals a day
Appetite is on point

Starting weight phase 2 : 197lb

( was down to 188 on Reta on week 4 )

Vitamin D3 7000iu ( w/ fats am)
Vitamin k2 270mcg ( w/ fats am )
Berberine 500mg ( 3x a day with meal)
Creatine monohydrate 15g a day

Accutane 20mg

Approach : get more more with less , receptors fresh since off anything but test since Sept 15th , lean muscle gain nothing too sudden , Dhb will be adjusted based on PIP, npp always works well with me but also starting it slow. Usually run both of these at 300mg. trying to stay under 1g total this time

Workouts :
5-6 days
Back hit twice
Delts hit twice

And yes phase 3 involves tren haha

Went down to 188 with the Reta
And now I am sitting at 202 in the am
The clear results are seen are 202 right now and 200 in January is night and day

The fact 200 Jan was so soft is the main downside to now having better results faster

Bigger fuller but i not lean

I’ve added mass that’s for sure
Shoulder chest fullness
Back is thicker
But missing that crisp detail that I usually have ( nothing like photos previously posted )

I am eating more then before
Before was eating like a bird missing meals and lean because of the drugs

Now I really feel the food is working in terms of added size
Getting in 200g protein a day and +/- 300g carbs

When stripping away some carbs we will see the real gains
Still getting in 1-2 cheat meals and cardio isn’t as high as I would like because of schedule but will adjust when carb cycling

Not using bpc and tb at the moment

Did not start the igf1

Not using gh

But run out quickly so it’s a bit of a bitch being consistent

Switched to daily shots

Will do blood work to see where e2 is
No estrogen side and acne is under controlled with the accutane
