posting this for some motivation for people who felt the same way I did and how it is possible to fix things and bounce back

As you know from my display pic I’ve always loved the sport and juicing but I stopped juicing for 3 years ( too long to explain why) and I thought I could recover naturally but my test never got over 8-12 nmol from the age of 26 to 29. 2018-2021. Also throw in Quebec and covid lockdown and no gym and etc just nothing in there and yeah you got yourself a sad , angry person wirh bad habits and no diet no drive no motivation. Sprinkle a toxic relationship in the mix and you have picture 1 which is March 2021.

Started trt November 2021 things started getting better. Then life happens so was never able to get a grip on good trianing , dieting and overall health.

Fast forward 2023
Changed my mindset , my attitude towards life and left my shit relationship and the rest fell into place.
I also stopped the it’s all or nothing attitude that when I cycle I must be 100% and when I’m off cycle I can do whatever I want and eat bad drink etc

I found a proper balance that is healthy and allows me to enjoy life and still look good

Controlling your hormones is one thing
But your whole life around you has the biggest impact. There are people on this forum who have dealt with things much more severe then I can ever imagine but what’s important is to always keep your head up for yourself and the people around you.

I’ll share the cycle diet etc if anyone interested
Respect, Brother. That’s a hell of a comeback. A lot of men don’t realize how much lifestyle, mindset, and environment affect not just training but everything—hormones, motivation, recovery, the whole deal. Sounds like you hit that turning point where things clicked, and you found that balance.

I’d definitely be interested in hearing more about the cycle and diet that worked for you.

which lab are you using for test and also what ester ? and what dose are you using right now? Thanks in advance
 
earlier in the log I posted about a tricep injury that was not a tear but didn’t do an MRI only a cat scan and saw only minor tears nothing major

I couldn’t flex my arm
No connection with tricep
The long head had clear trauma and starts higher from elbow compared to right arm
Took off training for a few months

Then started back slowly and using BPC157 TB500 for most part of 2024

I don’t know how much of the recovery and progress is from those peptides but I am sure they played a major role

Proviron 50mg ED
Anadrol 50mg pre workout
Arimadex 1mg twice a week
HGH 8iu

TRAINING SPLIT

Chest + back touch up
Arms + shoulder touch up
Back
Shoulders + traps
Legs

Abs every session
2-4 sets of body weight ( decline crunch , hanging leg raises , reverse crunch , leg raises)

Potentially add to cycle :

Mast e
Parabolan
Tren ace
Npp

Are you doing anything to manage insulin resistance. My blood glucose levels spike fast over 3iu daily.
 
If I don’t hit 10,000 steps, get in a 10-minute walk after every meal, stick to the carb cycle, and pray to the big guy upstairs—there’s no way I could even think about running insulin or GH.
