posting this for some motivation for people who felt the same way I did and how it is possible to fix things and bounce back

As you know from my display pic I’ve always loved the sport and juicing but I stopped juicing for 3 years ( too long to explain why) and I thought I could recover naturally but my test never got over 8-12 nmol from the age of 26 to 29. 2018-2021. Also throw in Quebec and covid lockdown and no gym and etc just nothing in there and yeah you got yourself a sad , angry person wirh bad habits and no diet no drive no motivation. Sprinkle a toxic relationship in the mix and you have picture 1 which is March 2021.

Started trt November 2021 things started getting better. Then life happens so was never able to get a grip on good trianing , dieting and overall health.

Fast forward 2023
Changed my mindset , my attitude towards life and left my shit relationship and the rest fell into place.
I also stopped the it’s all or nothing attitude that when I cycle I must be 100% and when I’m off cycle I can do whatever I want and eat bad drink etc

I found a proper balance that is healthy and allows me to enjoy life and still look good

Controlling your hormones is one thing
But your whole life around you has the biggest impact. There are people on this forum who have dealt with things much more severe then I can ever imagine but what’s important is to always keep your head up for yourself and the people around you.

I’ll share the cycle diet etc if anyone interested

When I was younger diets and cycles were all I cared about and my outside life suffered then it was all I didn’t care about and my outside life suffered. Finding that middle sweet spot is what really accelerates a good positive over well being feeling
