CB current physique update thread

Dang man, nasty chest and traps. What lifts do you focus on for chest?

Today's workout was typical of the last 3 months or so where I've dialed down volume and noticed better recovery and just better consistent growth, albeit a bit slow, there's far less pleateauing and just a regular uptick on the scale and progressive overload continues without deloads. So; this is it:

2 sets of flat bench 10 reps ideally, when I hit 11 on set two, it goes up 5lb
2 sets of incline DB presses, usually 8-12
overhead tricep extentions, and then dips and then pushdowns, 1 set each
3 sets lateral raises.
That;s it. Pretty much everything is 0 RIR. The volume is low, so I take it a bit farther than I might normally.
