CB current physique update thread

Starting one of these here for those that wanna give thier physique updates without having to start thier own personal log. This logs for everyone.

I usually update on another forum but everyone is mostly here now, so ill be updating here from now on.

Anyways, ive been continuing my slow cut into summer. Still lifting once per week full body.
Peds continue at 250 test, 250 deca, 25 proviron. Gh down to 1 iu because i like feeling my finger tips again and less water retention.
Next month im switching the 250 test to 400 test per week and the month after raising the proviron to 50 per day. Last 2 weeks of august deca will be out and maybe take the gh out to see how much difference it will make in the look.

First two pics were mid week fasted wake up pics, next 4 were today post workout and having a refeed preworkout lol. Big difference lol. Sad n skinny to oh hey i have muscles again.

Amazing, great work. Youll definitely have no issues getting lean enough.
Whats your height and current weight? If you dont mind me asking.

Thank you man. I think you and I go for a similar type of look, you just seem to maintain it way better than I do, and with less effort lol.

I’m 5’5” currently sitting somewhere between 177 and 180.

I would start doing diastasis recti exercises. Your abs are splitting like mine did, catch it before it spreads too far. (Not sure if I mentioned this to you before)
Other than that, looking great.

Yeh for sure, we got the mens physique thing going. I maintain it better only because recent years since getting back into shape, i decided no more bulks. Going slightly above maintinence for a month or two and thats it. You put more effort and it definitely shows.

I was gonna say before asking that you your stats, that look like your around the limit for mens physique because shape/aesthetics wise its getting bang on. I was right your just slighlty over currenlty. 5'5" is 172. So your gonna be bang on come stage time, which is impressive. I think your gonna come in your best this year brother. Keep up the good work.
 
Fell off on my log due to some unfortunate circumstances at the end of my offseason. Herniated a disc in my lower back and have been working through that for the past 6 weeks. Currently limited to training 3x a week and unable to do any cardio. Still a long way to full recovery but it’s getting better slowly.

Beginning prep in 2 weeks from now and I’m hoping the drop in bodyweight will take some pressure off the compressed nerve.

Yeah IFBB weight limit for 5’5” is 172 if I’m not mistaken. But there is no weight cap for amateurs, although I think it still gives you a good ballpark of what the division entails so I’m for sure looking to be under the weight cap regardless.
I appreciate your words my friend, I do think I will come in with my best look this year as well, we shall see. It for sure gets easier and easier every year.
And I’m with you on being done with the big bulks, for multiple reasons. Wish I had stopped them years ago, and just kept tight, I do think it would have helped with some of the loose skin I have.

Man your quads grew like crazy. I mean you grew everything significantly over a short period it’s impressive, but the quads really stand out man.
