I usually update on another forum but everyone is mostly here now, so ill be updating here from now on.
Anyways, ive been continuing my slow cut into summer. Still lifting once per week full body.
Peds continue at 250 test, 250 deca, 25 proviron. Gh down to 1 iu because i like feeling my finger tips again and less water retention.
Next month im switching the 250 test to 400 test per week and the month after raising the proviron to 50 per day. Last 2 weeks of august deca will be out and maybe take the gh out to see how much difference it will make in the look.
First two pics were mid week fasted wake up pics, next 4 were today post workout and having a refeed preworkout lol. Big difference lol. Sad n skinny to oh hey i have muscles again.
