Sorry for the hiatus.

I'm back and 16 weeks out from my first bodybuilding show of the season. If all goes as planned, I'd like to do a national show as well this year.
I will try sharing as much details as I can. Here is my starting point.

Supplements :
AM - (1 scoop of electroyles + 1mg Mot C pre fasted cardio), 1 scoop of greens, 10g glutamine, 1tsp apple cider vinegar, 10iu Tresiba, 600mg NAC, 250mg TUDCA, 1g astragalus, 500mg berberine, 2g fish oil, 5000iu Vit D + k2, 1g vitamin C
PM - Magnesium glycinate, 500mg ashwaganda, 20mg melatonin, calcium
Intra workout - 5g creatine, 10g EAAs, 25g carb powder, salt (6iu humalog post workout only)
Throughout the day - 100mg of oral SLU pp 332
1x/week 1mg of reta (saturday)

Cycle :
15mg primo E everyday, 100mcg T4 everyday, 6iu GH everyday, 2.5mg Test C 2x/week

Food :
Training days - 2775 cals --> 194 P 421 C 37 F
Off training - 2524 cals --> 193 P 337 C 44 F
I can disclose my meals if people are interested

Training :
Push Pull Legs with a back emphasis (I can break up my sessions if there's interest)

Cardio/steps :
30min incline walk fasted
12 000 steps daily

Update

2026-06-02 - I have 2 KLOW80 vials left. My lower back in flaring up and I slightly tweaked my neck training pull today. I guess my body is sending me signs to slow tf down lol. I will be implementing the KLOW blend at 30 units daily (reconstituted with 3mL BAC)
 
Figure 😊nice. Not sure if you've mentioned this in the past. Do you have to qualify for pro qualifier? I mean I know you do but do you have to ?
