If your HR is high above 80 resting there shouldn't be any convincing really, any good doctor should prescribe it. Just bring the knowledge.Had a run with ACE inhibitors about two years ago when doctor prescribed and the dry cough was nasty along with potassium going through the roof. Convinced doctor to prescribe Telmisartan and so far, so good, love getting the extra added protective benefits of this medicine, but need to convince doctor to add Nebivolol to bring heart rate down a bit, that's gonna be a tough sell.
Happy with the 40 mgs, won't prescribe anymore tho, but that's ok...
Lots of research to back up this medicine along with Dr. Thomas O'Connors' approval as a must addon for people on TRT like myself...
Good Luck!
Back to O.P. 303lbs brother. Im not trying to throw any shade, of course drop 80lbs and you likely won't need meds. Honest question how many calories does it take to maintain 303lbs like the food quantity must be monstrous.
Please please work with your doctor and protect your vital organs. Drop the body fat down to 12% you'll feel a million times better I promise. I wish you the best of luck and future health!
