Perindopril 4mg once dailycoversyl plus?
Is the doctor advising you take your BP at home, with a cuff that fits properly at the same time of the day (everyday) and keep a log?179/116 seen Doc today got prescribed a ACE inhibitors.
So just my experience with both here. I had a wicked cough and some dizziness on the Perindopril. I asked to switch to telmisartin and the cough/dizziness went away and my BP went down some what faster especially the diastolic. Not saying that this side effect will happen to you but if it does then you'll know why and should probably request a switch.Perindopril 4mg once daily
Just a maintained 50 or 60 lb weight loss alone will have a major effect on blood pressureYes I was also prescribed a cuff , I will be monitoring at home and logging , Believe it or not this is my off cycle and I’m currently only taking 150mg Test E per week , My iron is also low it’s at a 10 and I’m also getting an appointment for a sleep study. I was told to drop my body mass down from maintaining a 303lb physique to atleast a 230-245lb to start. As far as well liked PEDS I love tren and always take it . And I don’t take many orals and clen is a staple and growth.
That’s my plan now is the weight loss and increase cardio, I’ve even meal prepped today as if I was doing a cut . But I won’t be taking anything that increases blood pressure or heart rate.Just a maintained 50 or 60 lb weight loss alone will have a major effect on blood pressure![]()

Thanks OD , I really appreciate your concern and all the valuable information your have provided. This leaves me with avenues to look into and ammo to go to my doctor with. As what happened to you , I’m also always tired and never feel rested . I can fall asleep in my car when the wife is in the grocery store shopping . I’ve also started taking a 28mg iron capsule daily to see if it helps with the fatigue where my iron is low .I posted about this on here in other areas before but I've taken three different blood pressure medications at the same time and they didn't do the job because I was practically not breathing all night which made my blood pressure sky rocket to even higher then what you had. My oxygen levels dropped every night.
I was always tired and could have 2-3 naps a day but it didn't help with my fatigue because my sleep was pretty much useless or even had a negative effect due to not breathing during the naps either.
I then did a sleep study (one without a CPAP and then another night with one in order to find the right settings for me) and found out that I had severe obstructive sleep apnea and was prescribed a CPAP machine.
They now have APAP machines that will adjust the settings automatically.
I probably don't even need any blood pressure medication anymore but I still keep one for now even though I believe it is sometimes even too low. I should check it more and probably get off that last medication completely.
I hope you look into this and find out what's going on...
AAS and especially certain orals and other supplements can also sill increase your blood pressure as I'm sure you know.
Thank you & good luck,
OD
Is it iron bis-glycinate you're taking? Or heme iron? Might want to add a B Active complex and some vitamin C for absorption. If all else fails may have to look into an iron infusion. I usually do a liquid B Active complex with liquid iron bis-glycinate and wash it down with some OJ. It's helped so far. Hope you get sorted out.I’ve also started taking a 28mg iron capsule daily to see if it helps with the fatigue where my iron is low .
How fast did your pressure come down ? Or was it very gradual?I take 6mg coversyl (perindopril)…no issues. I’ve checked with my doctor about switching to Telmisartan. She was fine with either drug, but did not know much about telmisartan so while there she called her husband, who’s a cardiologist and asked his opinion. He preferred coversyl. I asked about all the additional bodybuilding benefits from telmisartan and he said you got the exact same from Coversyl, but less side effects long-term.
