I spent prob halfthe night yesterday looking up stuff to take for supps, people i know are say im over lookin into this stuff cause im almost 31, so i feel old enough to go beyond a bcomplex and coq10 so i made a list i think covers it all, ill make the ones ive never tried before that i wanna add in to it all... i know i need the basic vitamins for heakth reasons but i reall wanna try n figure out this joint issue problem so i can be confident to sqaut heavy again and i wanna take something for my hair, just to make sire i keep it. If u guys see anything redundant, or no point in having both of supp a and supp b, lemme know. Thx...

So i read somewhere on this site a guy takes 20g of omegas a day, would thatbe from the vish oil supps or arethere better ways to get higher amounts then to polish off a 1/4 of a bottle everyday?
