Closing out a 3 day training stretch. Body is screaming at me for a rest day so can’t wait to chill tomorrow. Noticeably holding more water than usual from training inflammation, but scale is still trending downward every day despite that. Training performance has been amazing so I’m really leaning into it during these early stages of prep. I know the mindset will need to slightly shift when it comes time to really push. Training intensity will always remain high, however I’ll need to be honest with myself when it comes to pushing and pulling back during the later stages of prep.

Side shots post arm day today.

Good work so far man, you look way ahead.
Thanks dude.
In a good spot but also antsy to push. Obviously always going to be our own hardest critiques but my back shots really expose how much needs to come off in the lower back/glutes. Still lots of time and levers to pull however. Don’t even feel like I’m “prepping” at this point.

I think that is the result of staying pretty dang lean through your off-season. You are extremely disciplined, I have a lot of respect for you man, you have come a long way fast.

Thanks brother.
Only a few have seen the journey from the beginning and I appreciate all of you !!

13 & 15 weeks out.

Weight - 211.8

No updates to the plan today, coach is happy with where we're at within the time line. At the moment the big focus is locking in on my gym performance and hopefully continuing to put on a little size before food comes down and cardio increases.

Patiently waiting to take the governor off. I predict we'll really start pushing in 3-4 weeks from now.

I have to chuckle, from what I have seen and with the time you have left, I don't think there will be much " pushing " required. I don't think a guy could have asked for an easier smoother prep as a first time. Hope I didn't just jinx ya

😊
Should be a relatively smooth prep. At the end of the day, getting glutes striated right up into your asshole is never going to be an easy process. No matter where you start. I’m not shooting for anything short of that
