.

If you can, try and move the cardio stuff to another room. I hate being cramped
Looks like you got most of what you need. I would get a landmine if you dont already have one. I can do so much shit on that

Definitely making a landmine!
Was just screenshotting some images of dimensions for one that should work for me.

Yes, I'm kinda cheap lol
And I like making things
I fab a lot of stuff, when it makes sense, Landmines were on sale at Canadian tire, 35 bucks i paid for mine, and it is solid, and i work the hell out of it, 6 months and still like new, it will clamp on to any steel leg, or runner and pretty much anywhere it can grip on and tighten the screw and clamps, presto, bango, perfect. Not an arc was created by my welding machine or me...lol

So my long time neglected gym is going to get a bit of a makeover.
Tomorrow, I'm picking up a large universal that I managed to score for free.
I don't need or even want it, so I'm going to cut it up and fab up my own cable crossover machine.
To make room for that, I'll be ditching the pull up station for sure (don't like it anyway, and I'll weld up something better on the crossover or figure out something that I like better)
One of the bikes has to go, just not sure yet of it will be the recumbent or the spin.

The space is 11×22' and will always be function over form.

Any suggestions for layout changes or whatever while I'm at it?
Nice, good thing there is an exhaust pipe on the central vac, lol. Little less loud when someone vacuums as you train.

Similar to mine, I just have cable crossovers I added to my power rack, slick now. Nice set up man.
I’ll never go in a public gym again unless away from home.
Id like to get the cable crossover as well, i do have the bowflex revolution with the cables, but definitely not the same as the full set up, cant get the same stretch.

Valor fitness and fitness avenue have them in stock right now. Fitness ave was 500 with shipping from ont to bc. Valor is about 800 all in shipped from Florida but a bit nicer as you can adjust the height opposed to just top and bottom applications like the lay machine.

Not trying to hijack but does anyone have one of those leverage systems? Like powertec, bodysolid or ironax?
Figured of these could be a decent replacement for hammerstrengh chest and shoulder press

Ya I have a Powertec unit. Probably close to 15 years now.

Is it decent?
Buying one of these is a cheap way to have a chest/shoulder press machine. If its worth it
I think it's worth it for the space it takes up and the variety of exercises I can do with it. There are also some cool extra accessories you can add.

Figured I'd throw some photos up of my outdoor rack I built this past summer. I had to integrate swings for the kids in order to justify the build to my family lol so it wasn't all just for me. Chin up bar, bench press Hooks, squat Hooks. Lat pulldown with low row. 11ft tall. I have an adjustable dumbbell station with a bench also. Will show my indoor gym pics as soon as it's cleaned up a lil!
