The uniterrupted bite

Only time I bite is defending against a throat strike ,lowering my chin and opening my mouth.

You should. The guy is not only very skilled but a little crazy if I can use that word.

If any one can use he word crazy, you can, I think you earned it.
I like his older 90’s vids, yeah he’s a bit enthusiastic, lol.

And he is so right about street fighting, I’ve always been small, big guys liked to fight me. I was a really dirty fighter out of need. I didn’t want to blind anyone so I never gouged eyes, bt everything else was fair game. I was great at fighting in high school because of practice. Thank god at my age you don’t need to fight because I am nothing special anymore. You can’t be out of practice for 20+ years and think you still have talent, but I still remember the process and actually love watching vids like this because it takes me back to the past, lol.
When I trained in Kungfu, I pretty much just did it because, my favorite was kick boxing, Thai boxing and Frank would teach us real street fighting. Kung fu is pretty much useless in a street fight. It looks pretty though, lol.
When my grandson gets to the age of being interested, I’m going to find a place that teaches grappling and boxing. I’d love to train for fun again.

I have taught my son jiu jitsu...then he said it was not for him so starting boxing with one of my guys. He has only every been picked on once or twice at school and it went really bad for the other kid. A kid that can grapple and throw straight punches is in a league of his own on the playground. (also does not hurt that at 15 he is 6'3 and 171lbs LOL)

Paul Vunak talking at his best.

I love the stories...I have had the pleasure to have conversations with Royce and Royler a few times over sushi. I can totally hear Rickson talking like that...The stories of the old days are priceless. I would love to meet Rickson or Renzo someday.

Yeah my grandson will be good in the height department as well. He towers over pretty much everyone in his class. He’ll likely be your sons height at his age. He likes to ‘lift weights’ with me to avoid going to bed. I’m ok with that. Having a bit of muscle and being tall he will have no issues in school, and will be noticed by the girls.

Yeah, Sorbs, no such thing as a dirty fight....if things get to that degree where it's a physical confrontation generally I have been pushed way past any tolerable limit and have usually been struck at first(being 6'2"&265 I am not usually fucked with) but when it happens, someone is getting hurt....if I have ever had to fight it's to hurt someone, and that's all so there are no rule I just hurt them, period.
I do not condone this type of action, and have taken may punches while laughing at people asking them if they really want to go down this road....no formal training aside from boxing from 8- 13 years old...and at 13 I was 6 foot and 185...

Interesting. I have to admit, I've never been one for biting, but I have eye-gouged before - I was fighting someone in the joint who had easy 100lbs on me.

But the more I think about it, there's really no difference between biting someone (if thats what has to be done), and shanking someone if you need to do it. They're both roughly the same, I guess - its using a weapon when your body is unable to get the job done.

Your probably looking at a lot less time if you get caught, too ;)
