Roelly Winklaar, I like this guy. I never really thought he was ever going to make it. I didn't like his abs before but it looks like he got them fixed

unfortunately heath will take 8
he's the same as he has been the last few years, and therefore not enough of a slide like cutler was when dex beat him in 08. Rhoden was take second, 3-5 could be anyones guess.

Dex not in first callouts, Phil not as good as he could be, winklaar looking like a dinosaur but maybe too dark. Rhodes still looks a little small (in these shots anyway) to beat Phil in size. Hard to say what will happen.

If they want to get away from the crappy look all the really huge guys have yes they should pass it to him. He looks way more pleasing to the eye.

I personally do 15-20 reps,6-8 sets. Really get's the blood flowing. Works for me, but may not for others.
