Reta & irregular heart beat -anyone experience this ?

I don’t think you should start stacking Tirz with Reta at this point. That’s a later on type thing to do when you’ve been on for years. I think switching over to Tirzepitide might be a better option for you if you struggle with food noise.

How much are you trying to lose?
About 50-60 lb total would be nice.- 7 weeks in I'm 24 lb done - the reta is working good - just sometimes I feel appetite suppression could be better- it is fair now - not too worried. I've read Cargil is strong - doesn't take too much and even looking at food can make you nauseous. Tirz is good for inflamation - which I have in my hips - osteoa. Just something I've done some reading on....haven't made any decisions -just want to keep my reta dose low - so even if I try tirz - it will be small dose once or twice a wk. But as you said- it will be later on - or if I stall.

Your results are great do far. It’s usually best not to add more unless you stall for weeks. Reta sweet spot for big weight loss is said to be 8mg.
