Reta & irregular heart beat -anyone experience this ?

Two weeks in low dose reta 1.75mg/wk - 500mcg every other day - and I just started experiencing irregular heart beat.

I notice it when I wake up from sleeping - no other times - a bit concerning - I can actually feel my wrist pulse - and every 6th or 7th heartbeat has
a longer duration between it and the next.

Anyone else experience this ?

Did some research - found that this was a side effect and documented in 2-11% of the people taking it in the Eli Lilly study and that it may go away on its own.

Anything I can take - electrolytes ? or other supplement to reduce or eliminate this ?

Instead of adding other things why not just lower the dose and see if that helps..
