First I want to thank you for the time and effort you put into these post. This is proof there is no replacement for experience. Im attaching my bloods from my other post as a reference.

I would like to drop most of the peptides and my idea was to always do a low dose/short cycle. Given my goals and focus, would deca/npp/mast be the better choice over another. Does one show up more in bloods or would I be better to wait before starting until my next bloods are taken in roughly 2 months? This way If I do an 8 week cycle, I would have a month before my blood is taken again?

You are already on what I believe is prescribed testosterone at a decent dose, I am surprised your testosterone numbers aren't higher, but everyone is different how they process hormones. Even if not prescribed 100 mg would put me a few points over the top of highest level of normal.
If you want to add something in, my point is almost anything will make a difference. I love Deca/NPP (same compound/different ester) for strength/adding muscle but there is no need to go crazy with dosages or adding in another compound.
If you consider this a safe trial - keep in mind long term / high dosages of Nandrolone (deca/NPP) are know for left ventricle hypertrophy, hence the shorter the course and the lower the dose the better if you are making progress.
I do not look at PED's or training as a goal to be the most ripped/largest guy in the gym and will not jeopardize my health and do things that I think could cause irreversible issues.
Long story short, I am on TRT and am using approximately 130-150 mg of Deca/NPP (I am using both to hit the required low dosage) but once Deca has enough time to kick in/drop the NPP, and making great strength gains and growing.
No one will state some compounds are better for strength/size and others for cutting and getting a more lean look, but you can do this on any compound with diet/training/get enough rest.
Since your crossfit, I assume you live in pain if you do hardcore crossfit, and the benefit of nandrolone (Deca) is the benefits I recently wrote about regarding healing/pain relief. Oxandrolone is being studies for this as well, but I see no need to stress you kidneys or liver. People will state you only have one first cycle so hammer down and grow like crazy. I 100% disagree - start low and you can increase your dosage if you wish. Further, down the road your body doesn't get accustomed to high dosages and even a small increase will make a difference. People can believe what they like, but 150 mg of Deca makes an incredible difference in my strength and size when I eat to grow.
As I already mentioned if you may have blood tests in short order or the doctor could test you via a request to come in, I would not use Deca and stick with NPP. Both show up on blood tests as testosterone (not in the same way as 1 mg of test is 1 mg of test - at least for me) and your test 'may' look higher than it is. Look up the half life of NPP and Deca, and I am advocate for dry runs. Test it yourself and pay for your own blood tests (hormones) with a Naturopath and determine how long you have to be off either in order for your testosterone / other hormones to normalize to the prescribed testosterone.
I did with test prop and test E and know exactly how many days I need in order to be below the lowest line and also to be back in the normal range with 100 mg of test E per week.
As for bloods - I am paranoid. I do a full CBC, liver, kidney, lipid, inflammation markers, etc. and pay for it anytime I use a new company or different product about 2 weeks in (I don't wait for months to see if I am feeling great but my liver enzymes are through the roof). I already have a copy of my baseline so I know if something is off and my liver enzymes or e-GFR is off, I know which compound/peptide is doing it and that will never be used again.
Learn to read your own blood work, keep a log of what you were on when you had the results done privately or through our putrid medical system, and ask for a copy. You have the rights to your entire medical file at any time, and all blood work or diagnostic tests so make sure you keep a file so if you have an issue you can look back and try to sort it out.
I only mentioned Masteron as it is popular for lean gains, and some labs may still have it but I have never used it. When Primo was available, I used Primo instead as it is easier on the prostate / hair (subjective).
People will chuckle at the dosages I take, but I could give a shit. If I can get the same as someone else who needs a gram of Deca with 150 mg a week - I consider this a bonus. I am not naive or dim - I know if I increased my dosages I would gain more but If I don't need it to go up to 250lbs with a reasonable BF - why?
