I got my blood work in and everything looks good but my e2. Currently 6 months in, 120 a week, was split 2x a week but just started eod. Any tips on lowering my estrogen? I'm not really having any side effects yet. Thanks

I would be happy with that blood work

Could maybe hit an aromasin once a week for a few weeks just to take a little off but I wouldn’t go hard at it to bring it down it’s not that bad

The EOD pinning should knock down E2 considerably IF and ONLY IF you are leanish

If not you need to work on diet and a cut to get E2 under control

Going EOD has the potential to reduce SHGB which will increase free test, which MAY increase hemoglobin and hematocrit (it does for me…but i am very lean). You are currently at 52% hemarocrit…which is fine but don’t want it much over 0.53

You can always take nolvadex, and that won't tank your estrogen.

As for aromasin, arimidex or letro A.B is right about aromasin.

I'm not that lean but slowly getting there

I get very similar numbers. I tried 0.25 adex twice per week and it was still out of range, .5 twice per week puts me in range and I feel great.

I would start slowly and re assess every 3 months. That’s how I did it.

And just one more view in case you are not sure yet lol - I'd take about 6 days off and then go everyday if I had that level. You'll probably find that I'm the most vocal guy here about out of range E levels, all cause mortality studies above 110(?) and my personal lifelong gyno battle. Frankly too low causes more actual serious medical issues than too high though.
Main thing is to take some kind of action and get it figured out.

Your bloods look similar to mine but at that TT level my chesticals would be hurtin without Asin and/or Ralox
