Hume Health Pod

I don't have one of those nice ones but I have an older Tanita one (approx. 20+ years) and a newer, fancy one with an app. from Amazon. I currently like my older one better since I'm the most used to it and have used it reliably for staying on track while cutting a few times.

They vary from morning and at night and how much food, water, what kind of workouts I have been doing, when my last refeed day was, etc.

This one does look better though. Do you find having the handheld part helps get more accurate readings?

Just picked one of this up.

Pretty amazing the data it provides and with 98% accuracy which is almost as good as a Dexa Scan.

Interested to know if anyone else is using these.

Maybe not healthy aging other than metabolic health and how that relates to aging well.
I bought the Arloleaf smart scale. Similar but not as high end. Love it. Massive amount of info. Have read that they may be a few % off on body fat or muscle mass but are consistent. So good at tracking if losing or gaining either.

It's really as accurate as they advertise? I've read mixed reviews on reddit.

I have a hard time trusting smart scales ever since the fancy one at goodlife said I was 10% body fat at the peak of my bulk when I was easily 18%+.
The trainer tried to defend the results and I was like: buddy, I'm fat as fuck and this thing is telling me I'm ready to hop on stage. 😂

I think it’s pretty close. I’m ready consistently around 15% bf which is pretty close based on calipers. Also there’s a peptide Dr on YouTube who compares it to Dexa and says it’s pretty accurate

I don’t need it to be perfect but it’s good to see progression in the app.
