Fixing cholesterol

I recently got my bloodwork done and everything came back fairly good I’m on 250 mg of test per week and 4 iu hgh daily. My cholesterol although it’s not bad it’s not perfect I’m wondering what i can do to lower my ldl and increase my hdl? I’m also starting up 250 mg of primo per week now which I know will only make it wose. I’m currently taking 1000mg red yeast rice daily, 1000mg of citrus bergamot extract daily and 4000mg of omega 3 fish oils daily, is there anything else recommended to take?IMG_3990.jpegIMG_3991.jpeg

I’d up the fish oil. Make sure it’s a good quality fish oil as well.
I would up the fish oil - a quality fish oil like Carleson's with high EPA/DHA content. Even as high as 10,000 mg a day which is often 10 pills and slowly reduce it down when you get things under control.
Nigella Sativa is great for BP issues, but it is called the wonder herb for a reason. I buy 1000 mg tabs and take 2 in the AM/PM.
Depending on your age agree with @Bigbear - if under 40 use Q10, and if over 40 use Ubiquinol. Do not make the mistake of buying ubiquinone. Ubiquinol is a better choice for bioavailability than q10, especially if you are over 40, Ubiquinone is known as the more bioavailable form of Q10, and hard to tell you the exact times it is better but it is estiamted to be twice or more bioavailable if you buy ubiquinol.
When I was using this for my BP - I found a combo worked better which makes no sense but is fact. I used one pill of uniquinol, 1 pill of Q10 twice a day.
It is not normal to have high cholesterol on a low dose like your taking of testosterone but everyone is different. You may need medication, and when it comes to BP and cholesterol if it either do not get corrected quickly with supplements, I would see a doctor even if our medical system is broken - there are good doctors in Canada. Usually you are given a statin and I would do everything to find a different medication as statins are hard on the liver. If a doctor gives you statins and does not follow up on liver tests at a minimum of every 6 months (should be 3 months) - they are remiss. It is recommended for all doctors who prescribe statins to follow up on blood tests.

Long story short - do not mess with cardiovascular issues. Make sure you get them sorted out and never accept that they are part of being on a cycle.

Good luck

Like all the other members said, up your fish oil

Once your done the caps, get a good cod liver oil.

Your red yeast is the natural form of a stain, so your fine.

The only thing im thinking is your red rice yeast doesnt have good amounts of monocolon k. A lot of products remove it because of its pharmaceutical use. The product becomes useless and ive never found a good quality source for it. Check to see if yours has at least 2 or 3% monocolin k

Okay yeah I’m looking now and my omega 3 only has 300mg epa/dha so extremely low, I’m going to be upping to 9 pills per day until they run out then I’m going to be upgrading to a way higher strength, appreciate the info!

The thing is though dude omega 3 lowers inflamation and triglycerides so if your triglycerides are in healthy ramge you dont need to change it. Fish oil wont noticeable lower ldl or raise hdl. Your getting into a topic thats still heavily debated but fishoil is goid yes just dont expect any numbers to change other then trigs and maybe c reactive protein

I asked chat gpt to find info on my brand I think it’s like 0.2%

Hmm okay yeah I have heard that info before that it mainly effects triglycerides, but I believe it still does to a degree lower ldl and slightly rise hdl, I believe another way to increase hdl is light cardio daily I want to start doing fasted in the morning

Healthy fats as well and niacin but nothing worked for me in the end I had to get a statin. I have a genetic predisposition to it though. Black seed oil is another good one. I figured for myself why by 11 different supplememts and hope when I can just get one free covered by my benefits thats garenteed to work.

Actually it helps shift both of mine, and I just had them tested.

Even all the clients i had, take Carleson's liquid fish impove there HDL & LDL.

We have this topic beat to dead.
