How were the gains?I can't say I have. When I did an oral only cycle, I just took them by themselves.

Damn that’s pretty crazy though. How was suppression?10mg of dbol + 10mg of winstrol I gained 10lbs in 4 weeks. I lost 2lbs of water post cycle.
No idea, I never checked. I came off and everything worked the way it should if that's what you're asking about.Damn that’s pretty crazy though. How was suppression?
Rad-140 is a SARM that will shut you down like a typical steroid. Oxandrolone is well known medication, used for sarcopenia and other medical issues, and is considered a milder oral. Rad-140 per @CoolRick was studied as a replacement for other medications for sarcopenia (most SARMS were tested for this reason), but never made it to market. Companies trying to find something easier on the prostate/organs, but if you don't think SARMS will shut you down, they will. S-23 was tested as a male contraceptive - it is potent and can turn your testicles to almonds. Can i expect to gain a decent amount of lean tissue? Honestly thsi might be stupid but i’m split between trying this or RAD-140 at 10mg. Both have similar side effects but RAD seems to be more anabolic and potent.
If you haven't already done this, rather than hoping certain gear will do a bunch of the work, I recommend using an online BMR calculator to figure out how many calories are needed for your current maintenance amount and factor in your activity levels.
Then take away 500-1,000 calories per day and you'll lose 1-2 lbs. of mostly fat per week. Don't be too aggressive trying to burn off more or you'll burn off muscle and that will hurt your metabolism.
Then, from those calories, figure out your Macronutrients keeping in mind that each have different amounts of calories per gram (healthy carbs - 4 calories per gram), complete proteins - 4 calories per gram, healthy fats - 9 calories per gram. Fibrous carbs don't count at all or sometimes only count as half depending on what type they are. Alcohol calories are really bad for empty calories (11 calories per gram).
Recalculate ever so often as your results change. and then reevaluate your plan once you get closer to where you want to be.
If you've already done this then great!
Good luck,
OD
