Hey guys, here's some useful material for you.


This has training programs from tons of bodybuilders/trainers/YouTube fitness stars. As well as a lot of e-books on training/dieting. Some of the science based ones are actually a really enjoyable read.

If you're looking at changing up to a different program, trying something new or just wanna peruse what people are doing, this is a great resource!

It's actually funny to see how a few of them are a complete joke cookie cutter programs that these fitness "influences" are selling for top dollar. However there's a lot of quality info and programming here

You need to remember that the diet is not the only thing the good guys offer. You get a ton of other advice, plus if you send you pics and such they can tweak things to fit your needs. Also having to be accountable is a great motivator.

There is no special amazing diet. They are all cookie cutter, that’s what works. But everyone is a bit different as far as metabolism, work load and such, and the fine tuning is where the magic lies.

Not quite sure what you're referring to with this comment.

I wasn't really implying anything about good guys or coaches. I'm not posting a review of personal coaching or personalized programs or offering crotisicm on anyone's training or diet or advice given.

I was just making a brief comment about YouTube fitness stars selling a 4 page cookie cutter PPL program or Bro Split anyone can find for free online but charging through the roof for them. If you browse these programs you'll see a couple that are brutally simple.

Tons of the programs in here are quite useful as well as some of the literature. Most of them are worth a look over and that was the reason for posting this, so that people can have access to quality information, not to rag on some programs.

Wasn’t getting at anything. Just saying that the programs are not all most of these guys offer. A guy like Pulambo would do more than just a diet. I bet there would be other info you could gleen that would be useful.

My wife is making the chocolate chip, Scor pieces with walnut cookies agsin. So my cut is going great. Like last time I drop carbs to eat the cookies. I told her she needed to make them because they are magical, I’ll be back at single digit bodyfat again, lol. Last time over 16 weeks I bet I ate 300 of them, like for real :)

sorry, off topic. wtf is it with women and baking? its like its the only thing they know how to do when im cutting. the world would be a better place if everyone just dropped the goodies baking and learned to actually cook something other than browned flour and sugar. every fucking year this
i think it may be a ancient biological drive to kill the spouse with constant feeding of this shit so they can get his resources and get a new mate. yup, must be it

Ok, I think my wife made those cookies because the meat maid was on me at work and I was getting leaner and I think she wanted to fatten me up.
She kept upping the game, so first chocolate chip, then chocolate chip with scor pieces, then she added the wallnuts. I'm not kidding I bet I ate 300. I pretty much stopped eating any carbs other than breakfast, and ate these fucking cookies. I did hit single digit bodyfat. I was only using a bit of primo and low test. Only did cardio 3 times a week for 30 min.
I'm thinking the cookies were magical, lol.
 
I think this is one of the best things I ever saw on a forum. It has everything DC, powerlifting and even a bunch of John Meadows stuff.

Yeah definitely download and save to your device of choice as there's no guarantee it'll be up forever.
