Bullshit blood work

went and got my test levels checked and the results came back with this. How are y’all getting your free/ total levels when my shit said it’s maxed out and can’t calculate it.
Should I use the paid blood work for steroid users online instead? My doctor also wouldn’t put e2 on the requisition which kind of pissed me off.

Always been an issue. They have a certain reference range and they don’t test above that

Pretty certain (it’s been years) but in USA the reference range is a little bigger but not worth going towards to get a specific number

At least it shows your test is legit

Testing free testosterone while on cycle is kinda a waste of money. Your SHBG will basically always be tanked, rest assured your free test is through the roof.

Okay thanks guys, first time running bloods so was like wtf.

Weird, I always get my actual number even if its way above reference. Not sure if that differs by province.

I was told by my online doc to use dynacare next time as they have a higher cutoff than lifelabs

Just use Teletest.ca , I and others here have been using them for years. And yes, Lifelabs has the 52 cutoff for testosterone, but Dynacare does not. I myself don't care about the test numbers, only the estrogen so I use Lifelabs because it's easier to book where I am.

What part of Canada are you from? I can’t seem to find any estrogen tests on lifelabs although I’m from BC so not sure if it’s available there
Teletest.ca is an Ontario service, sorry. It's where OP is, so I figure it's his best bet to get all the tests. You pay them $68 or whatever, and you get a full PED panel, plus any extras you want like prolactin, estrogen, SHBG, Cystatin C, etc.

Every legit lab will have an estrogen test, if google doesn't help you find it consider what we used to do back in the old days and call them or actually go there and speak to a real live person. Trust me, they want your business.

I've had lifelabs show my Test in the high 30's for me when I was experimenting with TRT dosing, which is above their ref range

Damn that’s a good price, idk what the deal is with BC but I’m looking on lifelabs and all the test without a referral is like 150$ for just testosterone levels, not including E2 (which is wha I’m more concerned about monitoring) and I can’t seem to even find one for E2 on there

Honestly tell me what u creatine kinase number is.

Mine was over 10000 that's how inflamed I was from working out and all that

@Vitko - that is your creatinine which is usually a test doctors use with other blood work to determine your kidney function. People with more muscle mass, are in contact sports and train hard can also have a higher than normal creatinine number. CK is a subjective number that requires taking in multiple factors with other tests to determine the cause, especially if that high (10,000 plus).

I am sure you know with your size as I recall reading you were over 300 lbs, and lift weights will contribute to a higher number, but so will damage to specific organs. If I recall from the past you had fatty liver, but you said two specialists said not to worry about it which I don't follow. Fatty liver can lead to liver cancer and cirrhosis if not halted or healed.
What did the doctor say when they read your CK being over 10,000 as that is not normal for anyone. Usually this kind of number would indicate Rabdomyolysis and not just muscle damage from training - normally a doctor would consider this a serious concern.

I am not a doctor, so my opinion is not remotely as valuable as a GP or specialist, but I would be demanding further testing.

This was 10 years ago when I was 19.

250lbs.

I think it's just extreme training, sleep depraved, pinning a lot the body reacts to it and detects it as a alien object so body goes in stress.

So many meals, etc.

It was over 10,000 approx.

After lowering training and overall cycle dose, and sleeping better things went back into reasonable ranges.

10,000 was acute, due to the stresssors of training in morning, after work, 5 hours of sleep, for 12 weeks and bunch of other stuff.

Definitely not a good number, especially if it's chronic, but it was only 1 time.

hey brother I think you meant to respond to godofgains I was just wondering if the 2 are similar as I didn’t have CK in my bloodwork. I’ve never been anywhere close to 300 or had fatty liver 😂
