?? WTF I have PERSONALLY seen people drop 60lbs from a 180lb frame with an all crack diet! What a diet. Water and 28grams of rock and roll every 2 days then a 2 day crash and back at it again. Man O man they got ripped!! LOL
Fuck sakes when I was hanging with the HA I dropped 30lbs in 3mths hanging with uncle white and mister brownstone in 04. I was an anatomy chart! Ribs on ribs LOL. Thank GOD that's long gone in my life. Holy fucken moly I tried the mighty M once sold as uncle white and NEVER again. Man 04 was horrible! I caused all my own problems myself.
