Tell me why I shouldn't eat a box of KD for my carbs each day

The box has twice the listed amount... 122g of carbs, 22g protein and only 5g of fat!

I was tempted. I have a lot of other options, though. I have been eating healthier lately, but the amount of carbs in that box made me laugh.

Gotta say, growing up on a farm definitely made me an alien lover. Yup, very slimy eggs in them but can’t complain. The benefits outweigh their texture and taste!

In all fairness the carbs from the kd will be faster absorbing meaning faster drop after so its not sustained, unlike fruit and veggies theres no fiber content or antioxidants added so technically you could but that'd be a dirty bulk which never really ends well.

Id argue that specific details aside eating really shitty could be more dangerous then moderate or conservative steroid use. The two together is just a seriouse recipe for disaster. Imo
