Choose your gear and knowledge sources carefully

With everyone and their dog seeming to have a little something special in the changing room if you head into the right kind of gym - it’s never been more important to build a good knowledge of gear before you even think about taking anything.

Is social media ruining the industry?

Gear and bodybuilding are a marriage made in heaven. Want to get bigger and stronger? Spend more money on gear - at least that’s what a lot of those in the public eye will tell you - but being careful with your gear and the knowledge that comes with injectables is not something to hear in passing.

There are some good guys out there, but there’s a lot of shit to get through too. Boston Loyd is up there with the worst of the bad bunch. Taking enough gear to kill a baby elephant and bragging about it on social media for fans, attention and followers when in reality - this behavior can not only be dangerous to himself, but the younger fans that follow.

I don’t mean to sound like a concerned parent shouting useless comments to discourage - but safety really should be the most promoted thing when it comes to gear. The biggest misconception - at least in the media - is that there is no healthy way to inject and that bodybuilding and performance enhancing drugs are dangerous.

Although care should be taken, branding everything as dangerous is frankly ridiculous and with careful planning - everything can be achieved in a controlled manner. That’s the sort of attitude that we encourage here at Canadian Brawn. One of Canada’s top bodybuilding and steroid review forums..

The big question

The question is therefore ‘where?’ and luckily for you, we’ve got you covered. Canadian steroid forums (like the one you’re currently on) can be great, you’ve just gotta make sure that they’re trustworthy, thankfully - we are! Finding information on Canadian steroid sources, training talk and suggestions are all important and you’re in good hands.

Making sure that you look for local forums is important too. There’s no point looking for Canadian steroid sources in a UK based site - heading over to a Canadian steroid forum to investigate area specific information is a must. With legality issues in some areas of the world, it’s not always a one size fits all approach and it’s best to check out the specifics of where you reside.

Other sources of course do exist, but we would always recommend using scientific studies, papers and information from credible sources before making decisions. Alternatively it’s a great idea to talk to - and be honest to - a doctor and make sure bloods and taken and looked after. ECG’s and heart monitoring is also a great idea.

The silver lining of Boston Lloyd is the fact copious amounts of gear won't lead to enormous size.

Boards, such as this one help because you'll get a lot of different advice. Listen to one guy and it can be problematic. Do your research, take in as much knowledge as you can and apply it the best way you can.

I think the issue with guys like him is that they have their heart set on a dream.. But genetically, that dream isn't in the cards.. but their aspirations are so high that they use more and more gear to try make up that genetic difference to acheive the dream that's simply not in their genetic cards. "I'm willing to die for...." is a statement many bodybuilders have and unfortunately are willing to do..

You see pro's that yes, take tons of gear, but many really didn't need "tons" of gear.. Even guys who are not pro, but semi or amatuer who get huge and ripped, but don't take a laundry list of gear..

I agree with you though, social media and the access of gear is getting out of hand.. recipe for disaster for those who are not careful to belelive everything they see on instagram..

Yup, it's usually the genetically inept guys that end up abusing these drugs and all year round to boot. I don't pay much mind to the advice they give.

The more i listen to the pros of the past I get better results. Odd because the common saying is don't listen to genetic freaks.

Maybe the shortages are a good thing as people will likely ration their supply and use less. The bodybuilding/ fitness world needs it to happen honestly.

When there is a shortage yes they will use less gear but what is scary is they might use more of anything else ...GH ..insulin .. research chemicals and steroids are a lot safer for most of them than a lot of other things.....and gear that will left will probably be a lot more fake and diluted ( dont know if thats the right word ) . Its just my opinion but what I read from Taureau with this shortage is no good news for fitness world in général

Or if they can’t get access to steroids, which has decades of research and well documented medical studies and anecdotal user use with side effects and negatives that it does to the body. People may resort to research chemicals or SARMS, which have limited research and no long term studies showing all the damage they may cause.

Yeah ! That is scary as hell too !!! Young Kids now might grow cancer in their forties because of those ..

I have read nothing but good reviews about ACE. I’m wondering how long it takes for them, generally, to respond to an email? If anyone has experience with this please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Andro85

Here's a few areas (of many) that will most likely mention ACE' Pharmaceutical Solution's Customer Service for you to review:
