So guys I am stuck pretty much doing a liquid diet for a while until I can get my colon repaired. Too much food and it just tears things apart.
I was just wondering what would be some good meal replacement shakes (your favorites) that I could try.

NO OATS, I CANNOT EAT OATS. If I do I end up in the hospital with perforations. Dont ask why I don’t know.

I need to get my calories up, but I can’t drink milk. I’m losing weight like crazy, but al least I’m ripped now, but fast approaching 8% bodyfat and I still have likely 4-6 months to go till surgery.

How about sweet potato powder? True nutrition sells it. Its kinda gross. I used it for a while but the shipping is a bit much.

As far as calories almond butter, yogurt, coconut oil, sunflower seeds are all easy calories but not sure what your colon can handle.
Maybe look into redcon1 mre lite. Dairy and oat free. I think thats the meal replacement without oats. I take the standard redcon mre and its the best ive ever used.
Rich pianna has a real food rice. I believe its also oat free.

FYI I am trying to reduce the amount I poop. If I poop, more than once a day then my colon cannot heal fast enough. Each time I poop, it gets damaged, then heals. You would be amazed at how quickly your colon heals, especially with the help of gh.

I like the almond butter idea. See something my body can absorb without producing too much by product, lol.

Blended frozen fruits, lots of whey, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, hemp seeds, some form of good oil with water or almond milk and fresh bananas

Never tried before but I wonder if you could use a coffee grinder and powder up rice and throw it in a shake

"Edit" powder rice, looks totally edible in a shake

I would imagine that would rule out seeds and nuts and other high or medium fibre stuff?
I'm using Mutant Muscle Mass with Muscle Milk because I am having a tough time keeping my with above 240. Nothing else in it.

Funny part is I still need to keep fibe high enough so things flow out easy.

I should not have put this off for so long hoping I could live with it. Now I’m at fix it now, lol

Are you OK with Metamucil?

That’s what I use. It works. sometimes nuts are ok, other times not.
If I fart too much it gets really sore. I’m using probiotics to help as well.
25 more days till the colonospy. Then there will likely be an appointment with him a month later then I’ll find out what up. Unless they look at it during the colonoscopy and go, fuck we need to fix this soon, and keep me in. We will see.

The worst part is I’ve wound down my gear, so my joints all hurt, I’ve just caught my grandsons cold.
Truthfully I just feel like dying, lol. And work is fucking insane.

You ccan't die. We haven't had our hot dog get together. That doesn't sound right does it?

Lol I won’t die. Honestly I’m just tired of feeling like crap. I just want to feel good for one day. To be able to eat one time and not feel like shit after.
I’ll be there though, I am shocked at how many of my customers have had the same thing as me, then surgery. They tell me it just seemed like a bad dream. Perfect afterwards except the big scar, lol. I don’t care about the scar.

Then we’ll enjoy my hot dogs, lol.

I'd give the meal-replacement protein powders a try. Also - if it doesn't bother your colon - I'd try drinking a lot of smoothies with greens, fruits, protein, etc. Also maybe add some Cyto Greens to it, or something similar. If you got a Vitamix, it can make those smoothies very thin, if needed.

I used to drink alot of chicken shakes. 5-8 oz cooked chicken breast, rice and spinach. I would make up packs, freeze it then when ready throw in the blender with water.

U can blend your food same way as u would do for a baby, i usually would add paprika so it gives it a better taste.

add this to a boil.
60g protein
50g flaxseed
add little water as u go until its muddy .

up your fat if you want to add more calories to your diet .
