Your Calf size.

You're in luck, I just did all my body measurements yesterday been on a cut cycle for 2 months. Calf is 16 3/4"
16 inches is above average! 😂 The funny thing is, I don’t even train mine. I’m sure if I worked them out more often, they’d be even bigger.

Most people train calves wrong. They use too much weight, don’t hold the contraction at the top, and lower the weight too quickly. Drop the weight, aim for 20–30 reps, hold at the top for 3 seconds, then lower slowly over another 3 seconds.

I also ride a bike everywhere, which helps, and whenever I walk up stairs, I seem to naturally contract my calves.

And just to put things into perspective, Jay Cutler had 20-inch calves! 💪

Wish my dick was above average 🤣

I have never trained legs but I do hike and climb a mountain almost every weekend. Not sure if carrying a 30-40lb backpack up a mountain 8-12hrs each weekend counts as leg day, but i like to think so.

I ride my 3 bikes everywhere too but it doesn't count because they're motorcycles.
